高校教師崗前培訓(xùn)的問題與對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:師資隊(duì)伍水平是高等教育質(zhì)量和學(xué)術(shù)水平的決定性因素。要提升高等教育質(zhì)量,建設(shè)高水平大學(xué),關(guān)鍵是建設(shè)好一支高素質(zhì)、專業(yè)化的師資隊(duì)伍,這就需要把促進(jìn)教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展和健康生活作為人才工作的根本出發(fā)點(diǎn),為他們進(jìn)修學(xué)習(xí)和提高學(xué)術(shù)水平與創(chuàng)新能力創(chuàng)造條件、提供機(jī)會(huì)。高校教師崗前培訓(xùn)有利于新教師適應(yīng)其職業(yè)活動(dòng),對(duì)新教師的角色定位、情感歸屬有著巨大的引導(dǎo)作用。但,目前高校教師崗前培訓(xùn)存在一定的問題,需要我們加以探索和解決。文章共分五章:第一章,緒論。介紹研究的背景和意義,并對(duì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了梳理,闡述了研究的方法和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二章,高校教師崗前培訓(xùn)研究概述。闡述高校教師崗前培訓(xùn)研究的基本概念和理論基礎(chǔ)。第三章,高校教師崗前培訓(xùn)的現(xiàn)狀與問題。剖析了高校教師崗前培訓(xùn)的組織現(xiàn)狀,內(nèi)容現(xiàn)狀,考核現(xiàn)狀以及效果等,并對(duì)存在的問題及原因進(jìn)行了分析。第四章,優(yōu)化高校教師崗前培訓(xùn)管理的建議。提出應(yīng)分別從提高對(duì)高校教師崗前培訓(xùn)的認(rèn)識(shí)、優(yōu)化培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容和模式、加強(qiáng)培訓(xùn)的過程管理與考核等三個(gè)方面加以調(diào)整,以提高崗前培訓(xùn)的效果。第五章,結(jié)論。本研究主要采用文獻(xiàn)分析、比較分析、系統(tǒng)分析等多種研究方法。在對(duì)策建議上結(jié)合了目標(biāo)管理,以需求為導(dǎo)向確定培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容以及實(shí)施績(jī)效考核管理,提高培訓(xùn)工作實(shí)效等方面具有創(chuàng)新性。此研究對(duì)于加強(qiáng)高等學(xué)校教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè),提高教師整體素質(zhì)具有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The level of teaching staff is the decisive factor of higher education quality and academic level. In order to improve the quality of higher education and build a high level university, the key is to build a high-quality and professional teaching staff. This requires that the promotion of teachers' professional development and healthy life be taken as the fundamental starting point of human resources work. To create conditions and opportunities for them to further their studies and improve their academic and innovative abilities. Pre-job training of teachers in colleges and universities is helpful for new teachers to adapt to their professional activities and play a great guiding role in the role orientation and emotional attribution of new teachers. However, there are some problems in pre-job training of teachers in colleges and universities, which need to be explored and solved. The article is divided into five chapters: chapter one, introduction. This paper introduces the background and significance of the research, combs the related literatures, and expounds the methods and innovations of the research. The second chapter, the university teacher pre-employment training research summary. This paper expounds the basic concept and theoretical basis of the research on teachers' pre-employment training in colleges and universities. The third chapter, the status quo and problems of teachers' pre-job training in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the present situation of organization, content, examination and effect of teachers' pre-job training in colleges and universities, and analyzes the existing problems and reasons. The fourth chapter, the suggestion of optimizing the management of teachers' pre-post training in colleges and universities. In order to improve the effect of pre-job training, it should be adjusted from three aspects: improving the understanding of teachers' pre-job training, optimizing the training content and mode, and strengthening the process management and examination of the training. Chapter V, conclusion. This study mainly uses literature analysis, comparative analysis, system analysis and other research methods. It combines the target management with the countermeasures and suggestions, determines the training content in the direction of demand, implements the performance appraisal management, and improves the actual effect of the training work, and so on. This research has certain reference value for strengthening the construction of teachers' team in colleges and universities and improving the teachers' overall quality.
