【摘要】：以中國14所高等院校163位管理團隊成員為樣本,使用相關(guān)分析和多元線性回歸方法,探討不同性質(zhì)的團隊沖突、組織公正和組織公民行為之間的關(guān)系,并檢驗了組織公正的中介效應(yīng)。結(jié)果表明任務(wù)沖突與組織公民行為呈倒U形關(guān)系,組織公正在任務(wù)沖突對組織公民行為的作用中表現(xiàn)出部分中介效應(yīng)。而關(guān)系沖突與組織公民行為負(fù)相關(guān),組織公正在關(guān)系沖突對組織公民行為的作用中表現(xiàn)出完全中介效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Taking 163 management team members from 14 colleges and universities in China as a sample, using correlation analysis and multivariate linear regression method, the relationship among different nature of team conflict, organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior was studied. The intermediary effect of organizational justice is tested. The results show that task conflict and organizational citizenship behavior are inversely U-shaped, and organizational justice has a partial mediating effect in the role of task conflict on organizational citizenship behavior. The relationship conflict is negatively related to organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational justice has a complete intermediary effect in the role of relationship conflict on organizational citizenship behavior.
