【摘要】：當前中國高等教育的核心任務是提高人才培養(yǎng)質量,大學不應再一味地追求規(guī)模、強調硬件,而必須潛心地追求教學質量,走內涵式發(fā)展道路。教育事業(yè)關注的是人的心靈成長、智力發(fā)展,只有當參與這項事業(yè)的人產生發(fā)自內心的熱情,其自我需要的動機與現階段教育發(fā)展目標達成一致,才能確保人才培養(yǎng)的成效。四川大學著力營造濃厚教學文化,科學構建激勵性評價機制,切實調動學院、教師加強教學投入,使學校教育教學質量的提升、人才培養(yǎng)質量的提升富有內驅力,使學校教育教學事業(yè)的發(fā)展具有自成長性。
[Abstract]:At present, the core task of higher education in China is to improve the quality of talent training. Universities should not blindly pursue scale and emphasize hardware, but must pursue teaching quality and follow the way of implicit development. Education is concerned with people's spiritual growth, intellectual development, only when the people involved in this cause have the enthusiasm from the heart, their self-needs of motivation and the current educational development goals to reach agreement, in order to ensure the effectiveness of talent training. Sichuan University makes great efforts to create a strong teaching culture, scientifically constructs the incentive evaluation mechanism, realistically transfers the college, the teacher strengthens the teaching investment, causes the school education teaching quality enhancement, the talented person training quality enhancement has the drive power, To make the development of school education and teaching with self-growth.
