【摘要】：民辦高校作為中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義高等教育體系的重要組成部分，，必須開(kāi)設(shè)由教育部所規(guī)定的諸門(mén)思想政治理論課，以達(dá)成培養(yǎng)大量合格的社會(huì)主義建設(shè)者和接班人的根本目標(biāo)。就現(xiàn)狀而言，民辦高校的思想政治理論課及其改革已經(jīng)取得一定的成績(jī)，有效地提升了民辦高校培養(yǎng)的人才的整體素質(zhì)，但我們也必須意識(shí)到，從整體上說(shuō)，民辦高校的思想政治教育整體上還比較薄弱，特別是思想政治理論課教學(xué)還存在著諸多的困境和問(wèn)題。那么，立足現(xiàn)實(shí)條件，如何以提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量為核心，深化民辦高校思想政治理論課的改革與創(chuàng)新，就是隨著中國(guó)民辦高校不斷發(fā)展而必須著力解決的重大問(wèn)題。而由于我國(guó)民辦高校自身的特殊性和其所處的大環(huán)境，由既在加重解決這些問(wèn)題的難度的同時(shí)，也使得對(duì)于這一問(wèn)題的單獨(dú)研究成為必要。 本文以民辦高校思想政治理論課的改革為研究主線(xiàn)，分為五個(gè)部分。第一部分主要分析了中國(guó)民辦高校思想政治理論課目前的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及其影響因素；第二部分以提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量為核心，初步提出了思想政治理論課改革與創(chuàng)新的基本原則；第三部分具體整合課程體系、強(qiáng)化教學(xué)內(nèi)容的針對(duì)性、多元模式的實(shí)踐教學(xué)和教育教學(xué)方法的實(shí)效性四個(gè)方面闡述了思想政治理論課教學(xué)體系的改革；第四部分思想政治理論課教師隊(duì)伍的改革措施；第五方面從思想政治理論課教學(xué)評(píng)估體系和教師評(píng)估體系入手，建立科學(xué)有效的評(píng)估體系，最終實(shí)現(xiàn)民辦高校思想政治理論課的改革和發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As an important part of the socialist higher education system with Chinese characteristics, private colleges and universities must offer various ideological and political theory courses prescribed by the Ministry of Education in order to achieve the basic goal of training a large number of qualified socialist builders and successors. As far as the present situation is concerned, the ideological and political theory courses in private colleges and universities and their reform have made certain achievements, which have effectively promoted the overall quality of talents trained in private colleges and universities, but we must also realize that, as a whole, The ideological and political education in private colleges is still weak on the whole, especially in the course of ideological and political theory, there are still many difficulties and problems. Therefore, based on the realistic conditions, how to deepen the reform and innovation of ideological and political theory courses in private colleges and universities with the core of improving teaching quality is an important problem that must be solved with the continuous development of private colleges and universities in China. Because of the particularity of our country's private universities and their big environment, it is necessary to study this problem separately while making it more difficult to solve these problems. This paper, based on the reform of ideological and political theory course in private colleges and universities, is divided into five parts. The first part mainly analyzes the current development of ideological and political theory course in private colleges and universities in China and its influencing factors, the second part puts forward the basic principles of the reform and innovation of ideological and political theory course, taking the improvement of teaching quality as the core, and puts forward the basic principles of the reform and innovation of ideological and political theory course. The third part concretely integrates the curriculum system, strengthens the pertinence of the teaching content, the practice teaching of the multi-mode and the actual effect of the teaching method, expounds the reform of the teaching system of the ideological and political theory course; The fourth part is the reform measures of the teaching staff of the ideological and political theory course, the fifth aspect starts with the teaching evaluation system and the teacher evaluation system of the ideological and political theory course, and establishes the scientific and effective evaluation system. Finally, the reform and development of ideological and political theory course in private colleges and universities will be realized.
