【摘要】：隨著高等教育規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,如何保障和提高高等教育質(zhì)量成為大家廣泛關(guān)注的議題。本文基于全面質(zhì)量管理和教學(xué)發(fā)展觀核心理念,在自我評(píng)價(jià)與他人評(píng)價(jià)、過(guò)程評(píng)價(jià)與結(jié)果評(píng)價(jià)、日常評(píng)價(jià)與定期評(píng)價(jià)相結(jié)合原則的指導(dǎo)下,從人才培養(yǎng)關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)、質(zhì)量受評(píng)對(duì)象、質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)主體三個(gè)維度出發(fā),試圖構(gòu)建"三維一體"高校本科教學(xué)內(nèi)部質(zhì)量監(jiān)控體系,并以教學(xué)質(zhì)量規(guī)范、教學(xué)質(zhì)量信息反饋、教學(xué)質(zhì)量改進(jìn)三大體系保障機(jī)制運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:With the expansion of the scale of higher education, how to ensure and improve the quality of higher education has become a widespread concern. Based on the core concepts of total quality management and the concept of teaching development, under the guidance of the principle of combining self-evaluation with others' evaluation, process evaluation and result evaluation, daily evaluation and periodic evaluation, this paper focuses on the key links of talent training. Starting from the three dimensions of quality evaluation object and quality evaluation subject, this paper attempts to construct the internal quality monitoring system of undergraduate teaching in a "three dimensional integration", and according to the teaching quality standard, the teaching quality information feedback. Improve the teaching quality of the three major systems to ensure the operation of the mechanism.
