【摘要】：隨著第二次世界大戰(zhàn)后國際政治體制日趨呈現(xiàn)多極化,科技革命帶來世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,世界文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的蓬勃興起,同時科技革命帶來了網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)的普及,人們的思想和行為方式都在發(fā)生著天翻地覆的轉(zhuǎn)變。傳統(tǒng)的社會規(guī)范日趨瓦解,但與當(dāng)下社會發(fā)展同步的社會秩序尚沒有完全建立。大學(xué)生的政治信仰、理想觀念也遭到了強(qiáng)烈的沖擊,而大學(xué)生群體作為國家培養(yǎng)的高級專業(yè)人才,維持其正確的價值定位和政治取向顯得尤為重要,而確保大學(xué)生堅(jiān)定正確的政治立場和價值取向主要是依靠思想政治教育的實(shí)效性體現(xiàn)出來的。由此可見思想政治教育的加強(qiáng)是我國現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)過程中的客觀要求,我們黨和政府必須長期堅(jiān)持思想政治教育的理論和實(shí)踐創(chuàng)新。市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體系的確立,我國改革步伐進(jìn)一步加快,大學(xué)生教育逐漸從精英教育走向大眾教育,擇業(yè)就業(yè)難題日益突出,如何緩解就業(yè)難與社會結(jié)構(gòu)之間的矛盾成為高校工作的主要任務(wù)。而職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃從宏觀上來說是對國家人才的分配起到科學(xué)統(tǒng)籌的作用,從微觀而言,職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃促使學(xué)生理性選擇就業(yè)方向,避免盲從就業(yè)。以此為契機(jī),將職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃作為高等教育大眾化下提高思想政治教育實(shí)效性的切入點(diǎn),通過兩者的結(jié)合,使得思想政治教育的目標(biāo)回歸到實(shí)際生活中來,最終促進(jìn)大學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展。本課題通過對目前思想政治教育現(xiàn)狀、職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃現(xiàn)狀及兩者融合的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行論述分析,借助調(diào)查問卷和訪談法等研究方法對當(dāng)下學(xué)生的思想政治素質(zhì)和職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃中高校已經(jīng)取得的成績和兩者融合中出現(xiàn)的問題進(jìn)行分析,概括實(shí)現(xiàn)兩者有機(jī)融合的重要意義,進(jìn)一步探索兩者實(shí)現(xiàn)融合的共同點(diǎn),初步提出實(shí)現(xiàn)兩者融合的原則和對策,為保障對策的順利實(shí)施,概括了實(shí)現(xiàn)兩者融合的保障體制,確保兩者的融合能夠激發(fā)大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的激情和引起自身的強(qiáng)烈共鳴,在學(xué)習(xí)和擇業(yè)就業(yè)過程中能夠化被動為主動,增強(qiáng)思想政治教育的實(shí)效性,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展。本文包含五方面主要內(nèi)容,第一章是引言部分,概括提出了由于全球化浪潮和國內(nèi)就業(yè)難問題的雙重壓力下,探討關(guān)于大學(xué)生思想政治教育與職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃有機(jī)融合的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,對思想政治教育、職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃以及兩者融合的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行闡述;主要采取了調(diào)查問卷法、訪談法和文獻(xiàn)分析法等方法對課題內(nèi)容通過理論結(jié)合實(shí)際來進(jìn)行分析。第二章開始是本文的正文部分,本章是通過對安徽農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)的在校學(xué)生進(jìn)行隨機(jī)的問卷調(diào)查,結(jié)合與高校思政工作者的訪談,把握學(xué)校在思想政治教育與職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃上目前所取得成績,調(diào)查歸納學(xué)生的思想政治狀況特點(diǎn)和對職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃意識的把握程度,發(fā)現(xiàn)其中出現(xiàn)的問題;第三章是本課題的重點(diǎn)部分,對思想政治教育與職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃這兩門課程有機(jī)融合的必要性與可行性進(jìn)行探討,以及兩者之間融合可能出現(xiàn)的問題做進(jìn)一步的探討;第四章主要解決的是融合過程中必須遵循的原則,并闡述了幾點(diǎn)在融合過程中的可行性對策;第五章則是具體闡述了思想政治教育與職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃融合的保障機(jī)制,讓兩者能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)真正對接。
[Abstract]:With the increasing polarization of the international political system after the Second World War, the scientific and technological revolution has brought about the rapid development of the world economy, the flourishing of the world cultural industry, and the popularization of the network information technology in the scientific and technological revolution. However, the social order that is synchronized with the current social development has not yet been completely established. The political beliefs and ideals of college students have been strongly impacted, and the college students, as a senior professional trained in the state, are particularly important to maintain their correct value orientation and political orientation, and to ensure the firm and correct politics of college students. It can be seen that the strengthening of Ideological and political education is an objective requirement in the process of China's modernization, and the party and the government must adhere to the theory and practice of Ideological and political education for a long time, the establishment of the market economy system and the pace of our reform. Further quickening, college students' education has gradually moved from elite education to mass education. The problem of job hunting is becoming increasingly prominent. How to alleviate the contradiction between employment and social structure has become the main task of college work. And career planning is a scientific co-ordination for the distribution of national talents from the macro level, from the micro level, Career planning encourages students to choose the direction of employment rationally and avoid blind employment. As an opportunity, career planning is the breakthrough point to improve the effectiveness of Ideological and political education in the popularization of higher education. Through the combination of the two, the goal of Ideological and political education will be returned to the actual life and ultimately promote the whole college students. Through the analysis of the present situation of Ideological and political education, the status of career planning and the current situation of the integration of the two, this subject has carried out the achievements in the ideological and political quality and career planning of the present students with the help of the questionnaire and interview method, and the problems arising in the combination of the two. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the countermeasures, the guarantee system for the integration of the two is summarized, and the integration of the two can stimulate the students' passion for learning and cause their own. Strong resonance, in the process of learning and job hunting, can turn passivity into initiative, enhance the effectiveness of Ideological and political education, and finally realize the overall development of students. This article contains five main contents. The first chapter is the introduction part, which summarizes the discussion about the University under the dual pressure of Globalization wave and the difficult problem of employment in the country. The theoretical and practical significance of the organic integration of Ideological and political education and career planning, and the status of Ideological and political education, career planning and the integration of the two are expounded. The main contents are questionnaire, interview and literature analysis. The second chapter begins with the theory of theory and practice. In the main part of this article, this chapter, through a random questionnaire survey of the students in Anhui Agriculture University, and the interview with the ideological and political workers of the University, grasps the achievements of the school in Ideological and political education and career planning, and investigates and summarizes the characteristics of the students' Ideological and political situation and the consciousness of career planning. The third chapter is the key part of this topic. The necessity and feasibility of the organic integration of the two courses of Ideological and political education and career planning are discussed, and the possible problems of the integration between the two are further discussed. The fourth chapter mainly solves the necessity of the integration process. The following principles are followed, and several feasible countermeasures are expounded in the process of integration; the fifth chapter is a concrete explanation of the guarantee mechanism of the integration of Ideological and political education and career planning so that the two can be truly butted.
