【摘要】：日裔美籍學(xué)者弗朗西斯·福山提出的"強國家、法治和民主問責(zé)"的良治社會三要素實際上建構(gòu)了一種良治社會整體思維理論,與我國國家治理現(xiàn)代化的要求形成東西方良好的呼應(yīng)。而國家治理的邏輯不可避免會極大地影響到大學(xué)治理的邏輯�；诟Ｉ降牧贾紊鐣乩碚�,本文提出我國大學(xué)治理中必須首先堅持和改善黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo),其次是著力提升依法治校水平,最后還必須切實加強民主管理,只有堅持整體思維才能達(dá)到大學(xué)善治。
[Abstract]:The three elements of "strong state, rule of law and democratic accountability" proposed by Francis Forberg, a Japanese American scholar, have actually constructed a theory of good governance of society as a whole, which is well suited to the formation of China's national governance modernization, and the logic of national governance will inevitably affect the governance of universities. Based on the three elements theory of good governance society in fukushan, this paper puts forward that we must first adhere to and improve the leadership of the party in the administration of the University, and the second is to improve the level of governing the school according to law. Finally, the democratic management must be strengthened. Only by insisting on the overall thinking can we achieve good governance.
