高校學(xué)科發(fā)展關(guān)系論

【摘要】:學(xué)科建設(shè)和發(fā)展作為高校建設(shè)和發(fā)展的核心,,是一項(xiàng)復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程,與高校學(xué)科建設(shè)和發(fā)展相關(guān)的各要素可以體現(xiàn)在社會(huì)發(fā)展、高校工作及學(xué)科內(nèi)部的各個(gè)層面上。從宏觀層面來看,高校學(xué)科建設(shè)和發(fā)展與國(guó)家政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、科技及社會(huì)發(fā)展有著是緊密的聯(lián)系,協(xié)調(diào)好這些關(guān)系,可以使高校的學(xué)科建設(shè)推動(dòng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展,提升高校服務(wù)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的能力;從中觀層面來看,學(xué)科建設(shè)處于高校建設(shè)的龍頭地位,學(xué)科建設(shè)和發(fā)展與學(xué)校發(fā)展定位、人才培養(yǎng)、學(xué)術(shù)隊(duì)伍、科學(xué)研究、制度建設(shè)和國(guó)際化等方面存在著復(fù)雜的關(guān)系,如何在紛繁復(fù)雜的關(guān)系中尋求交叉點(diǎn),更好地協(xié)調(diào)相互關(guān)系,突顯學(xué)科建設(shè)的龍頭地位。從微觀層面來看,要厘清學(xué)科內(nèi)部各要素間的關(guān)系,使學(xué)科結(jié)構(gòu)、學(xué)科組織、學(xué)科文化、學(xué)科制度等方面協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。處理好以上各方面的關(guān)系,高校的學(xué)科建設(shè)才可能健康、持續(xù)的發(fā)展。 本研究主要采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、分析比較法相結(jié)合的方法進(jìn)行研究。在文獻(xiàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上闡釋和界定學(xué)科及相關(guān)概念的內(nèi)涵、學(xué)科發(fā)展的理論及進(jìn)行學(xué)科建設(shè)的依據(jù),在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析學(xué)科建設(shè)和發(fā)展的基本規(guī)律和趨勢(shì)及高校學(xué)科建設(shè)的地位和作用、內(nèi)容、要求、原則。其次,從影響學(xué)科建設(shè)和發(fā)展的外部因素和內(nèi)部因素入手,分析這些因素與學(xué)科建設(shè)和學(xué)科發(fā)展的相互關(guān)系。最后,在科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的指導(dǎo)下,提出高校學(xué)科建設(shè)與發(fā)展的思路和對(duì)策。 學(xué)科是高校的基本單位,加強(qiáng)學(xué)科建設(shè)促進(jìn)學(xué)科發(fā)展是高校內(nèi)涵建設(shè)的有效途徑,面對(duì)當(dāng)前學(xué)科建設(shè)中存在的問題,高校應(yīng)該根據(jù)科學(xué)發(fā)展的內(nèi)在邏輯和社會(huì)發(fā)展需要,結(jié)合學(xué)校定位、發(fā)展目標(biāo)和學(xué)科基礎(chǔ),創(chuàng)新發(fā)展思路,科學(xué)制定學(xué)科發(fā)展規(guī)劃,凝練學(xué)科方向;調(diào)整和優(yōu)化學(xué)科結(jié)構(gòu)布局,突出學(xué)科特色;堅(jiān)持以人為本,加強(qiáng)學(xué)科人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè);堅(jiān)持產(chǎn)學(xué)研相結(jié)合,提高科學(xué)研究水平;完善學(xué)科制度建設(shè),建立學(xué)科評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制。同時(shí),探索學(xué)科組織集成創(chuàng)新機(jī)制,加強(qiáng)學(xué)科文化建設(shè),營(yíng)造適宜學(xué)科建設(shè)和人才培養(yǎng)的學(xué)科文化環(huán)境,促進(jìn)學(xué)科建設(shè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Discipline construction and development, as the core of university construction and development, is a complex system engineering. The elements related to discipline construction and development can be reflected in the social development, the work of colleges and universities and the internal aspects of the discipline.From the macro level, the discipline construction and development of colleges and universities are closely related to the national politics, economy, culture, science and technology and social development. To coordinate these relations well can make the discipline construction of colleges and universities promote the development of regional economy and society.To enhance the ability of colleges and universities to serve the economic and social development of the region; from the meso level, discipline construction is in the leading position of university construction, subject construction and development and the orientation of school development, talent training, academic team, scientific research,There are complex relations in the aspects of system construction and internationalization. How to find the intersection in the complicated relationship, better coordinate the relationship between each other, and highlight the leading position of discipline construction.From the micro level, it is necessary to clarify the relationship between the elements within the discipline, so as to coordinate the development of the subject structure, discipline organization, discipline culture, discipline system, and so on.To deal with the above-mentioned relationships, the discipline construction of colleges and universities can be healthy and sustainable development.This research mainly uses the literature method, the analysis comparison method unifies the method carries on the research.On the basis of literature research, it explains and defines the connotation of discipline and related concepts, the theory of discipline development and the basis of discipline construction.This paper analyzes the basic law and trend of discipline construction and development and the status, function, content, requirement and principle of discipline construction in colleges and universities.Secondly, from the external and internal factors that affect the subject construction and development, the relationship between these factors and the discipline construction and development is analyzed.Finally, under the guidance of the scientific concept of development, the author puts forward the ideas and countermeasures of discipline construction and development in colleges and universities.Discipline is the basic unit of colleges and universities. Strengthening discipline construction and promoting discipline development is an effective way for the connotation construction of colleges and universities. In the face of the problems existing in the current discipline construction, colleges and universities should base on the inherent logic of scientific development and the needs of social development.Combining school orientation, development goal and discipline foundation, innovating development thinking, scientifically formulating discipline development plan, condensing discipline direction, adjusting and optimizing discipline structure layout, highlighting discipline characteristics, insisting on people-oriented,We should strengthen the construction of discipline talents, insist on the combination of production, study and research, improve the level of scientific research, perfect the construction of discipline system and establish the mechanism of subject evaluation.At the same time, we should explore the integrated innovation mechanism of discipline organization, strengthen the construction of subject culture, create a suitable subject culture environment for discipline construction and personnel training, and promote the sustainable development of discipline construction.
