我國全日制體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生培養(yǎng)模式研究

【摘要】:自1978年我國恢復(fù)研究生教育以來,經(jīng)過多年的發(fā)展,我國已經(jīng)形成了成熟的以培養(yǎng)學(xué)術(shù)型人才為主的研究生教育發(fā)展模式,為社會主義建設(shè)提供了大量的科研人才。然而,隨著國家產(chǎn)業(yè)格局的轉(zhuǎn)變,為了滿足社會對高層次、復(fù)合型人才的需求,,現(xiàn)有的學(xué)術(shù)型碩士研究生已不能滿足社會的需要。在這種背景下,我國教育部于2009年開始在全國范圍內(nèi)實(shí)施全日制體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生的培養(yǎng)工作。全日制體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位作為一種新的人才培養(yǎng)類型,我國在培養(yǎng)方面由于時(shí)間較短還缺乏很多的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn),在培養(yǎng)過程中也暴露了很多問題,影響了全日制體育碩士培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量和培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。因此,探討符合我國實(shí)際情況的全日制體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生培養(yǎng)模式具有重要的意義。 本研究主要采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、邏輯分析法,對我國招收全日制體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生8所高校的培養(yǎng)模式的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,對培養(yǎng)過程中存在的問題進(jìn)行了分析,并提出了對我國全日制體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生培養(yǎng)模式的改革建議,研究結(jié)果表明: 1、各高校以我國全日制體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)為統(tǒng)帥,結(jié)合自身高校的現(xiàn)狀和特點(diǎn),從思想政治、知識結(jié)構(gòu)、能力培養(yǎng)等方面制定出自身特色的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)。 2、我國全日制體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生培養(yǎng)課程設(shè)置包括:公共學(xué)位課、專業(yè)必修課、專業(yè)選修課和教學(xué)實(shí)踐課。在課程設(shè)置中存在課程結(jié)構(gòu)安排不合理、課程內(nèi)容陳舊,缺乏前沿性和各領(lǐng)域方向課程特色不突出等問題。 3、我國全日制體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生導(dǎo)師制度采用“雙導(dǎo)師制”,在實(shí)施的過程中存在著雙方溝通不暢、職責(zé)不清、缺乏有效的管理機(jī)制等問題。在師資配備上大多數(shù)導(dǎo)師由傳統(tǒng)的學(xué)術(shù)型導(dǎo)師衍生而來,重理論輕實(shí)踐,師資結(jié)構(gòu)不利于專業(yè)型碩士的培養(yǎng)。研究生的培養(yǎng)缺乏系統(tǒng)的質(zhì)量監(jiān)管和考核制度。 4、我國全日制體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生培養(yǎng)模式的改革策略包括轉(zhuǎn)變思想觀念,提高對全日制體育碩士的認(rèn)識、調(diào)整課程結(jié)構(gòu),課程內(nèi)容與時(shí)俱進(jìn)、調(diào)整師資結(jié)構(gòu),完善“雙導(dǎo)師”制、轉(zhuǎn)變教學(xué)方,加強(qiáng)實(shí)踐性教學(xué)、建立健全全日制體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生質(zhì)量保障體系。
[Abstract]:Since the resumption of graduate education in China in 1978, after many years of development, China has formed a mature development model of graduate education, which is based on the cultivation of academic talents, and has provided a large number of scientific research talents for socialist construction.However, with the transformation of the national industrial structure, in order to meet the needs of the society for high-level, composite talents, the existing academic graduate students can no longer meet the needs of the society.In this context, the Ministry of Education began to carry out the training of full-time sports master degree graduate students in 2009.As a new type of personnel training, the full-time physical education master's degree in our country is short of time and lack of much relevant experience, so many problems have been exposed in the process of training.It affects the quality of the full-time physical education master training and the realization of the training goal.Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the cultivation mode of full-time physical education master degree graduate students in accordance with the actual situation in our country.This research mainly adopts the method of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logic analysis, to investigate the current situation of the training mode of 8 colleges and universities that enroll full-time physical education master's degree graduate students in our country.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the training process, and puts forward some suggestions for the reform of the training mode of the full-time physical education master degree graduate students in China. The research results show that:1. All colleges and universities take the training goal of full-time physical education master degree graduate students in China as the commander, combined with the present situation and characteristics of their own colleges and universities, to formulate their own characteristic training goals from the aspects of ideology and politics, knowledge structure, ability cultivation and so on.2.Full-time physical education graduate training courses in China include: public degree courses, professional compulsory courses, professional elective courses and teaching practice courses.There are some problems in curriculum setup, such as unreasonable course structure arrangement, old curriculum content, lack of vanguard and not outstanding characteristics of courses in various fields.3. In our country, the "double tutor system" is adopted in the tutorial system of the full-time physical education master degree graduate students. In the process of implementation, the communication between the two sides is not smooth, the responsibilities are not clear, and the effective management mechanism is lacking, and so on.Most of the teachers are derived from the traditional academic tutors, and the structure of teachers is not conducive to the cultivation of professional masters.The cultivation of graduate students lacks systematic quality supervision and examination system.4. The reform strategies of the training mode of full-time physical education master degree graduate students in China include changing ideology, improving the understanding of full-time physical education masters, adjusting the curriculum structure, advancing with the times and adjusting the structure of teachers.To perfect the system of "double tutors", to change the teaching method, to strengthen the practical teaching, and to establish and perfect the quality guarantee system for the full-time postgraduates majoring in physical education.
