【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的深入,世界各國對(duì)人才提出了新的要求。大學(xué)生作為社會(huì)的一個(gè)特殊的群體,在這種大的形勢下自然要有新的提升和轉(zhuǎn)變。作為大學(xué)生能力部分中的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力自然受到國內(nèi)外眾多學(xué)者的關(guān)注。大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的研究應(yīng)允而生。大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力是一個(gè)涉及管理學(xué)、心理學(xué)、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)學(xué)等多種學(xué)科交叉的一個(gè)領(lǐng)域,研究大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的培養(yǎng)有著非常重要的理論意義和實(shí)踐意義。 本文在文獻(xiàn)回顧的基礎(chǔ)上,發(fā)現(xiàn)國內(nèi)的大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的研究還停留在初級(jí)階段,僅僅是相關(guān)理論的闡述或者對(duì)國外理念、模式的簡單介紹,而對(duì)于大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的結(jié)構(gòu)維度,大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的前因變量、結(jié)果變量的研究幾乎沒有,在實(shí)證部分同樣如此。 本文以國內(nèi)大學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象,通過實(shí)證研究的方法來探究大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的結(jié)構(gòu)維度,對(duì)大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的前因變量與大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。在本文中首先采用因子分析驗(yàn)證了大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力及其前因變量的結(jié)構(gòu)維度；其次,采用獨(dú)立樣本T檢驗(yàn)和單因素方差分析驗(yàn)證了大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力在不同個(gè)人特征上的差異；第三,采用相關(guān)分析和逐步多元回歸分析,驗(yàn)證了前因變量各個(gè)維度和大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力各個(gè)維度的關(guān)系。 本文的主要研究結(jié)論：1.大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力包含四個(gè)維度：信息處理能力、任務(wù)執(zhí)行能力、合作能力、溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力。2.大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的前因變量包含社會(huì)參與、家庭功能、個(gè)人稟性、組織因素。其中社會(huì)參與包含四個(gè)維度：信息獲取、活動(dòng)參與、意見表達(dá)、參與公共事務(wù)。家庭包含四個(gè)維度：家庭情感、家庭親密度、家庭溝通、家庭沖突。個(gè)人稟性包含個(gè)人特質(zhì)和個(gè)人魅力。組織因素包含組織氛圍和組織文化。3.大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力在不同個(gè)人特征上存在顯著差異,除了性別。4.社會(huì)參與、家庭功能、個(gè)人稟性、組織因素部分維度均與大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力部分維度相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of economic globalization, countries all over the world have put forward new requirements for talents.College students, as a special group of society, naturally need new promotion and transformation in this big situation.As a part of college students' ability, leadership is naturally concerned by many scholars at home and abroad.The study of college students' leadership has given rise to acceptance.College students' leadership is a field involving management, psychology, leadership and so on. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the cultivation of college students' leadership.On the basis of literature review, this paper finds that the research on leadership of college students in China is still in the primary stage, which is only a brief introduction of related theories or ideas and models of foreign countries, and the structural dimension of leadership of college students.There are almost no studies on the prodependent variables and outcome variables of college students' leadership, and the same is true in the empirical part.This article takes the domestic university student as the research object, through the empirical research method to explore the university student leadership structure dimension, carries on the empirical research to the university student leadership antecedent variable and the university student leadership relations.In this paper, firstly, factor analysis is used to verify the structural dimension of college students' leadership and its antecedent variables; secondly, independent sample T test and single factor variance analysis are used to verify the differences of college students' leadership in different individual characteristics.Correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis were used to verify the relationship between each dimension of antecedent variables and each dimension of college students' leadership.The main conclusion of this paper is: 1.College students' leadership includes four dimensions: ability of information processing, ability of task execution, ability of cooperation, ability of communication and coordination.The antecedent variables of college students' leadership include social participation, family function, personal temperament and organizational factors.Social participation includes four dimensions: information acquisition, activity participation, opinion expression and participation in public affairs.Family consists of four dimensions: family emotion, family affinity, family communication and family conflict.Personal traits include personal traits and charisma.Organizational factors include organizational climate and organizational culture.There are significant differences in different personal characteristics of college students' leadership, except gender. 4.The dimensions of social participation, family function, personal endowment and organizational factors are all related to the leadership dimension of college students.
