【摘要】：大學(xué)生法律素質(zhì)不僅是大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的重要組成部分，而且是大學(xué)生思想道德素質(zhì)的重要組成部分。大學(xué)生法律素質(zhì)拓展是維護(hù)大學(xué)生合法權(quán)益的需要，是維護(hù)校園安全與穩(wěn)定的需要，是大學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)成才的需要，是建設(shè)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的需要，是建設(shè)社會(huì)主義法治國(guó)家的需要。本文從剖析大學(xué)生法律素質(zhì)拓展的內(nèi)涵入手，，通過(guò)調(diào)查研究與分析，準(zhǔn)確把握大學(xué)生法律素質(zhì)的現(xiàn)狀。調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示大學(xué)生法律素質(zhì)整體狀況是好的，但是也存在著一些問(wèn)題，主要表現(xiàn)為法律知識(shí)不全面、法律意識(shí)較淡薄、法律思維能力不強(qiáng)、法律行為能力欠缺等方面。造成這些問(wèn)題的原因是多方面的，其中有歷史文化原因、現(xiàn)實(shí)環(huán)境原因、學(xué)校教育原因和大學(xué)生自身原因。在進(jìn)行上述問(wèn)題研究分析的基礎(chǔ)上提出了大學(xué)生法律素質(zhì)拓展的對(duì)策，即：確立大學(xué)生法律素質(zhì)拓展的指導(dǎo)原則；界定大學(xué)生法律素質(zhì)拓展的主要內(nèi)容；提出大學(xué)生法律素質(zhì)拓展主要通過(guò)加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生法律課程建設(shè)、豐富校園法律文化活動(dòng)、重視校園法治環(huán)境建設(shè)以及拓展大學(xué)生法律實(shí)踐活動(dòng)這四個(gè)途徑來(lái)實(shí)施。
[Abstract]:The legal quality of college students is not only an important part of the comprehensive quality of college students, but also an important part of the ideological and moral quality of college students.The development of college students' legal quality is the need to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of college students, the need to maintain campus security and stability, the need for college students to grow up and become talented, and the need to build a socialist market economy.It is the need of building a socialist country ruled by law.This paper begins with the analysis of the connotation of the expansion of college students' legal quality, and through investigation and analysis, accurately grasps the present situation of college students' legal quality.The investigation results show that the overall situation of college students' legal quality is good, but there are also some problems, such as incomplete legal knowledge, weak legal consciousness, weak legal thinking ability, lack of legal behavior capacity and so on.There are many reasons for these problems, including historical and cultural reasons, realistic environment reasons, school education reasons and college students' own reasons.On the basis of the research and analysis of the above problems, this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the development of the legal quality of college students, that is, to establish the guiding principles for the development of the legal quality of college students, to define the main contents of the expansion of the legal quality of the students;The author points out that the development of college students' legal quality is mainly carried out by strengthening the construction of college students' legal courses, enriching the campus legal cultural activities, attaching importance to the construction of the campus legal environment and expanding the college students' legal practice activities.
