江蘇省地方高校雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)問(wèn)題及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來(lái),隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化進(jìn)程的加快,英語(yǔ)作為國(guó)際性語(yǔ)言的作用日益凸顯。一個(gè)國(guó)家和民族要維持生存并謀求生存發(fā)展就需要拓展全球視野,增強(qiáng)國(guó)際適應(yīng)性。為此,2001年我國(guó)教育部明確要求各高校在三年內(nèi)開(kāi)設(shè)5%~10%的雙語(yǔ)課程,引進(jìn)原版教材,提高師資水平,這一規(guī)定為各高校開(kāi)展雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)提供了政策依據(jù)和量化指標(biāo)。此后,我國(guó)高校雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)得到了較大的發(fā)展。目前,我國(guó)高校雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)的理論研究和實(shí)踐探索還處在起步階段,國(guó)內(nèi)雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)模式尚未形成,急需理論指導(dǎo)。本文對(duì)淮陰工學(xué)院經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理學(xué)院進(jìn)行個(gè)案研究,通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)分析、案例分析、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和訪談等形式,對(duì)當(dāng)前江蘇省地方高校雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)的實(shí)踐中存在的主要問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了歸因分析,并總結(jié)出如何提高地方高校雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)質(zhì)量的對(duì)策。全文分為引言、正文和結(jié)束三個(gè)部分:引言部分,主要介紹論文的選題背景、雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、本研究的目的和意義、研究的思路和方法。正文分為三部分:首先,闡述了雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)的內(nèi)涵,對(duì)相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了辨析,并從國(guó)際交流、國(guó)內(nèi)外高校交流、高校雙語(yǔ)教材的選用、高校生源、新一輪外語(yǔ)課程改革五個(gè)方面闡明高校雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)發(fā)展的前景。其次,淮陰工學(xué)院雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀分析——個(gè)案研究。案例選擇了江蘇省一所地方高!搓幑W(xué)院,對(duì)本校經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理學(xué)院雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)的實(shí)施情況進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)介紹,并通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的數(shù)據(jù)總結(jié)出本校雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)存在的問(wèn)題與原因分析。最后,針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題提出提高地方高校雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)的對(duì)策。結(jié)合前面的個(gè)案研究,主要闡述了筆者對(duì)提高江蘇省地方高校雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)質(zhì)量的對(duì)策建議。第三部分為結(jié)束語(yǔ),對(duì)本文的研究進(jìn)行了總結(jié),分析研究成果,并指出研究中可能存在的不足之處,并對(duì)今后高校雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the 21st century, with the acceleration of the process of global economic integration, the role of English as an international language has become increasingly prominent.If a country or a nation wants to survive and seek survival and development, it needs to expand its global horizons and enhance its international adaptability.Therefore, in 2001, the Ministry of Education of our country explicitly required colleges and universities to set up 5% or 10% bilingual courses within three years, to introduce original textbooks and to raise the level of teachers. This provision provides policy basis and quantitative index for carrying out bilingual teaching in colleges and universities.Since then, bilingual teaching in colleges and universities in China has been greatly developed.At present, the theoretical research and practical exploration of bilingual teaching in colleges and universities in China is still in its infancy, and the domestic bilingual teaching model has not yet been formed, so it is in urgent need of theoretical guidance.This article carries on the case study to the Huaiyin Institute of Technology Economics and Management, through the literature analysis, the case analysis, the questionnaire investigation and the interview and so on form,This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the practice of bilingual teaching in local colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province, and summarizes the countermeasures for improving the quality of bilingual teaching in local colleges and universities.The full text is divided into three parts: introduction, text and conclusion: introduction, mainly introduces the background of the thesis, the current situation of bilingual teaching research at home and abroad, the purpose and significance of this study, the research ideas and methods.The text is divided into three parts: firstly, it expounds the connotation of bilingual teaching, differentiates and analyzes the related concepts, and analyzes the related concepts from the international exchange, the exchange of domestic and foreign universities, the selection of bilingual teaching materials in colleges and universities, the source of college students.The new round of foreign language curriculum reform illustrates the prospects of bilingual teaching in colleges and universities.Secondly, the current situation of bilingual teaching in Huaiyin Institute of Technology-case study.The case selected a local university-Huaiyin Institute of Technology in Jiangsu Province, and introduced in detail the implementation of bilingual teaching in the School of Economics and Management.The problems and causes of bilingual teaching in our school are summarized by questionnaire survey.Finally, the countermeasures to improve bilingual teaching in local colleges and universities are put forward.Combined with the previous case study, the author mainly expounds the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the quality of bilingual teaching in local colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province.The third part is the conclusion, which summarizes the research of this paper, analyzes the research results, points out the possible deficiencies in the research, and looks forward to the development trend of bilingual teaching in colleges and universities in the future.
