【摘要】:高校輔導(dǎo)員是大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作的骨干力量,承擔(dān)著大學(xué)生日常思想政治教育工作的主要任務(wù)!把詡鳌焙汀吧斫獭毕嘟Y(jié)合是我黨思想政治教育工作的一大優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng),輔導(dǎo)員在日常工作中只有注意個(gè)人形象的塑造和提升,才能與學(xué)生形成為融洽的師生關(guān)系,并在潛移默化中影響學(xué)生,達(dá)到事半功倍的教育效果。但就目前的現(xiàn)實(shí)情況來(lái)看,高校輔導(dǎo)員的實(shí)際形象與社會(huì)和學(xué)生對(duì)于其形象的理想預(yù)期還有一定差距。高校輔導(dǎo)員是具有特殊性的個(gè)體,如何克服個(gè)體在自然條件和基本素質(zhì)上的差異和不足,塑造高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍的良好形象,達(dá)到提高思想政治教育工作效果、提升高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍整體水平的目的,,應(yīng)當(dāng)成為高校輔導(dǎo)員理論和實(shí)踐研究的重要問(wèn)題。 本論文堅(jiān)持馬克思主義唯物史觀,從歷史和現(xiàn)實(shí)的雙重維度,對(duì)高校輔導(dǎo)員形象的概念、發(fā)展和塑造問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析。全文共分為六個(gè)部分。 第一部分:引論。主要分析高校輔導(dǎo)員形象問(wèn)題的緣起和研究現(xiàn)狀,并在總結(jié)目前研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,奠定本研究的基本思路。 第二部分:形象的本質(zhì)及概念。在把握形象研究一手資料的基礎(chǔ)上,探討形象的本質(zhì)內(nèi)涵、分類(lèi)方法和形成規(guī)律。運(yùn)用馬克思主義唯物史觀,對(duì)形象的本質(zhì)概念進(jìn)行深入解讀,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,探討高校輔導(dǎo)員形象的概念。 第三部分:高校輔導(dǎo)員新形象的認(rèn)識(shí)思路。從歷時(shí)性的角度,考察高校輔導(dǎo)員制度的產(chǎn)生及發(fā)展,并根據(jù)各個(gè)時(shí)期高校輔導(dǎo)員角色定位、工作職責(zé)和內(nèi)容的變化,總結(jié)各時(shí)期輔導(dǎo)員形象的時(shí)代內(nèi)涵;從共時(shí)性的角度,分析對(duì)比高校輔導(dǎo)員形象與其他主體要素之間的關(guān)系,將高校輔導(dǎo)員形象與其本質(zhì)、職業(yè)特性、角色、素質(zhì)進(jìn)行辨析,從而在比較中明晰高校輔導(dǎo)員形象的含義。 第四部分:高校輔導(dǎo)員新形象的時(shí)代內(nèi)涵。在共時(shí)性分析和歷時(shí)性分析的基礎(chǔ)上,從原則、特征和結(jié)構(gòu)上,探索高校輔導(dǎo)員新形象的時(shí)代內(nèi)涵。 第五部分:高校輔導(dǎo)員新形象的影響要素及現(xiàn)實(shí)塑造。分析高校輔導(dǎo)員新形象的形成和發(fā)展的影響要素,并以此為基礎(chǔ)探討高校輔導(dǎo)員新形象的現(xiàn)實(shí)塑造途徑。 第六部分:高校輔導(dǎo)員年度人物分析。本部分以實(shí)證分析的方法,在全面把握歷年“全國(guó)高校輔導(dǎo)員年度人物”情況的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)典型分析,研究高校輔導(dǎo)員形象的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:College counselors are the backbone of college students' ideological and political education and undertake the main tasks of their daily ideological and political education.The combination of "speech teaching" and "personal education" is a good tradition in the ideological and political education work of our Party. In daily work, counselors only pay attention to shaping and improving their personal image, can they form a harmonious teacher-student relationship with students.And in the subtle influence of students, to achieve twice the results of education.However, the actual image of college counselors is still far from the ideal expectation of society and students.College counselors are individuals with special characteristics. How to overcome the differences and shortcomings of individuals in natural conditions and basic qualities, to shape the good image of college counselors, and to improve the effect of ideological and political education.The purpose of improving the overall level of college counselors should be an important issue in the theoretical and practical research of college counselors.This paper adheres to Marxist historical materialism and analyzes the concept, development and shaping of the image of college counselors from the dual dimensions of history and reality.The full text is divided into six parts.Part one: introduction.This paper mainly analyzes the origin and research status of the image problem of college counselors, and establishes the basic ideas of this study on the basis of summarizing the current research results.The second part: the essence and concept of image.On the basis of grasping the primary materials of image research, this paper probes into the essential connotation, classification method and formation law of image.By using Marxist historical materialism, this paper deeply interprets the essential concept of image and, on this basis, probes into the concept of image of college counselors.The third part: the new image of college counselors.From the diachronic point of view, this paper investigates the emergence and development of the counselors system in colleges and universities, and sums up the epoch connotation of the counselors' image in each period according to the orientation of the roles, job duties and contents of the counselors in various periods, and from the perspective of synchronic,This paper analyzes and compares the relationship between the image of college counselors and other main elements, and distinguishes the image of college counselors from their essence, professional characteristics, roles and qualities, so as to clarify the meaning of the image of college counselors in comparison.The fourth part: the era connotation of the new image of college counselors.On the basis of synchronic analysis and diachronic analysis, this paper explores the epoch connotation of the new image of college counselors from the aspects of principle, characteristics and structure.The fifth part: the influencing factors and realistic shaping of the new image of college counselors.This paper analyzes the factors influencing the formation and development of the new image of college counselors, and discusses the realistic ways of shaping the new image of college counselors.The sixth part: the analysis of the annual figure of college counselors.This part uses the method of empirical analysis, on the basis of comprehensively grasping the situation of "National Counsellor of the year" over the years, through the typical analysis, studies the realistic condition and the development trend of the image of college counselors.
