【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)的進(jìn)步和醫(yī)學(xué)的發(fā)展,公眾對(duì)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生服務(wù)質(zhì)量的期望越來(lái)越高,醫(yī)師的職業(yè)精神也面臨巨大挑戰(zhàn)。目前在臨床教學(xué)醫(yī)院中,醫(yī)學(xué)生與真實(shí)患者接觸機(jī)會(huì)減少,住院醫(yī)師教育背景差別大等情況,均不利于醫(yī)師職業(yè)精神的培育。現(xiàn)階段,應(yīng)針對(duì)不同對(duì)象不同階段的特點(diǎn)制定醫(yī)師職業(yè)精神培養(yǎng)方案。同時(shí)通過(guò)全方位的評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng),對(duì)培養(yǎng)體系的效果進(jìn)行量化檢驗(yàn),并發(fā)揮評(píng)優(yōu)激勵(lì)機(jī)制的作用。逐步建立起覆蓋醫(yī)學(xué)教育全程的醫(yī)師職業(yè)精神培養(yǎng)方案理論體系和全方位評(píng)價(jià)體系。
[Abstract]:With the progress of society and the development of medicine, the public expectations for the quality of medical and health services are higher and higher, and the professional spirit of doctors is also facing a great challenge.At present, in clinical teaching hospitals, the reduction of medical students' contact with real patients and the great difference in the education background of resident doctors are not conducive to the cultivation of doctors' professional spirit.At present, it is necessary to formulate the training program of physician's professional spirit according to the characteristics of different objects and stages.At the same time, through a comprehensive evaluation system, the effect of the training system is tested quantitatively, and the role of evaluation and incentive mechanism is brought into play.A theoretical system and an all-round evaluation system covering the whole process of medical education have been established.
