【摘要】:二十世紀(jì)以來,科學(xué)技術(shù)得到了飛速的發(fā)展,學(xué)科之間的綜合與交叉形成了當(dāng)前高?茖W(xué)發(fā)展新的時(shí)代特征。跨學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)也應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。近三十年以來,我國學(xué)者不斷對(duì)跨學(xué)科進(jìn)行深入研究,不管是在理論上還是在實(shí)踐上都取得了許多成果。我國高?鐚W(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)迅猛發(fā)展、人才隊(duì)伍不斷壯大,為國家的經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和社會(huì)發(fā)展做出了重要的貢獻(xiàn),F(xiàn)階段我國跨學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)還處于發(fā)展階段,由于傳統(tǒng)行政管理模式已經(jīng)不適應(yīng)跨學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)的發(fā)展,在跨學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)發(fā)展中出現(xiàn)了團(tuán)隊(duì)隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、制度建設(shè)等問題,為了加快跨學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)的發(fā)展,建立跨學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系勢在必行。 本文通過文獻(xiàn)查閱,對(duì)跨學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)的發(fā)展有了充足的理論依據(jù),并在此基礎(chǔ)上運(yùn)用層次分析法,建立高?鐚W(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,明確其影響因素的權(quán)重比重,最后得出結(jié)論,其重要的影響因素是來源于成長水平的建設(shè),其中的跨學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)的知識(shí)共享對(duì)其影響更為深刻。隨后對(duì)某高?鐚W(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)情況,通過模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,通過專家打分的方式確定高?鐚W(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)在哪些方面仍有欠缺,哪些方面還需要進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化改進(jìn)。并提出應(yīng)該改進(jìn)的方面。 本文的研究具有理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,通過定性與定量相結(jié)合的方法,,建立了一套完整的和具有針對(duì)性的高?鐚W(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)評(píng)價(jià)體系,為未來的研究提供了有利的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Since the 20th century, science and technology has been developing rapidly, and the integration and intersection of disciplines have formed the new characteristics of the present scientific development in colleges and universities.Cross-disciplinary teams also came into being.In the past 30 years, Chinese scholars have made a lot of achievements both in theory and practice.The interdisciplinary team of colleges and universities in our country is developing rapidly and the contingent of talents is growing continuously, which has made important contributions to the economic construction and social development of our country.At present, the construction of interdisciplinary team in our country is still in the developing stage. Because the traditional administrative management mode has not adapted to the development of interdisciplinary team, there are some problems in the development of cross-disciplinary team, such as team building, system construction and so on.In order to accelerate the development of cross-disciplinary team, it is imperative to establish the evaluation index system of cross-disciplinary team.Through literature review, this paper has a sufficient theoretical basis for the development of interdisciplinary teams, and on this basis, using the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the evaluation index system of interdisciplinary teams in colleges and universities is established, and the weight weight of its influencing factors is clarified.Finally, it is concluded that the important influencing factor is the construction of growth level, in which the knowledge sharing of interdisciplinary teams has a more profound impact on it.Then, through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the author makes an empirical study on the cross-disciplinary team in a certain university, and determines which aspects of the cross-disciplinary team are still lacking and which need to be further optimized and improved by the way of experts scoring.And put forward the aspects that should be improved.The research in this paper is of theoretical and practical significance. Through the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, a set of integrated and targeted evaluation system of interdisciplinary teams in colleges and universities is established, which provides a favorable basis for future research.
