【摘要】：近年來,隨著全國(guó)的擴(kuò)招,大學(xué)畢業(yè)生數(shù)量逐年增多,每年考研學(xué)生的人數(shù)也是逐年的增加�？佳幸呀�(jīng)成為每年600多萬(wàn)大學(xué)畢業(yè)生非常重要的一個(gè)選擇,可是當(dāng)問起他們?yōu)槭裁匆佳械臅r(shí)候,很多學(xué)生在無(wú)一例外的沉默之后,給出的答案五花八門。 而根據(jù)筆者經(jīng)驗(yàn),尤其是分析了萬(wàn)余名考研學(xué)生案例之后,筆者認(rèn)為：高校學(xué)生選擇專業(yè)與就業(yè)越來越成為社會(huì)所關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)問題,但關(guān)于考研學(xué)生專業(yè)院校選擇動(dòng)機(jī)分析以及正確的專業(yè)院校選擇方面的定性與定量研究卻非常匱乏。 本論文旨在重點(diǎn)探討： 第一,分析考研學(xué)生專業(yè)院校選擇的動(dòng)機(jī)； 第二,如何樹立正確的專業(yè)院校選擇的觀念； 第三,為大學(xué)生的職業(yè)規(guī)劃提供相關(guān)指導(dǎo)、為高校相關(guān)的就業(yè)指導(dǎo)部門在進(jìn)行就業(yè)指導(dǎo)時(shí)提供一定的依據(jù)、為用人單位在招聘人才時(shí)提供相應(yīng)的參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the expansion of enrollment, the number of college graduates is increasing year by year, and the number of postgraduate students is also increasing year by year.Postgraduate entrance examination has become a very important choice for more than 6 million college graduates a year, but when asked why they take the exam, many students, without exception, give a wide variety of answers.According to the author's experience, especially after analyzing the cases of more than 10,000 graduate students, the author thinks that the choice of major and employment for college students has become the focus of social concern.However, the qualitative and quantitative research on the choice motivation and the correct choice of major colleges is very scarce.The purpose of this thesis is to focus on:First, analyze the motivation of the students' choice of colleges and universities.Second, how to establish a correct concept of professional college choice;Third, to provide relevant guidance for the career planning of college students, for the relevant employment guidance departments in colleges and universities to provide a certain basis for employment guidance, for employers in the recruitment of talent to provide a corresponding reference.
