【摘要】：目前，談論積極青少年的詞匯正在興起，而且將逐漸取代長期以來存在人們腦海里的所謂青春期動蕩和青少年問題行為的信念。在理論上，青少年被認為是具有積極發(fā)展的可能性（Roth，Brooks-Gunn，Murray，F(xiàn)oster，1998）。更確切地說，青少年更多的被看作是有待發(fā)展的資源（RothBrooks-Gunn，2003）。在這樣的情況下，受發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗觀和行動觀的影響，國內(nèi)外研究者越來越關(guān)注活動經(jīng)驗在青少年積極發(fā)展中的作用，國外的實證研究和理論研究都較為豐富，但國內(nèi)從2009年才開始有人涉及活動經(jīng)驗與青少年積極發(fā)展方面的研究，實證研究與理論研究都較為薄弱。對于大學生來說，社團是他們校園生活的主要活動載體，對積極品格的塑造具有重要作用，本研究將以我國大一年級學生為主要對象，探索促進我國大學生積極發(fā)展的社團活動經(jīng)驗。 1．研究一：首先對Hansen和Larson等人編制的《The Youth Experience Survey2.0》進行翻譯，，隨后根據(jù)吉林省某大學社團總體情況，以及查閱文獻、調(diào)研和咨詢其他高校社團情況，將社團分為體育類、藝術(shù)類、學術(shù)類、公益類、職能類等五類，并在每類社團中隨機抽取了10人左右進行了訪談，通過整理訪談結(jié)果對《The Youth Experience Survey2.0》在我國高校適用性方面的不足做以彌補。接下來以此為基礎(chǔ)編制了《大學生社團活動經(jīng)驗調(diào)查問卷》。經(jīng)過對321名被試的初測和859名被試的正式測試，通過探索性因素分析與驗證性因素分析，確定了大學生社團活動經(jīng)驗調(diào)查問卷的五個維度，分別為同一性經(jīng)驗、主動性經(jīng)驗、基本技能經(jīng)驗、團隊合作經(jīng)驗和與成年人的聯(lián)系經(jīng)驗。問卷的各項指標較好，且各題目與所歸屬的維度的相關(guān)系數(shù)較高，具有良好的內(nèi)部一致性。因此，該問卷可以作為評價大學生社團活動經(jīng)驗的有效工具。 2．研究二：使用《大學生積極發(fā)展問卷》對大一年級1000名被試分別在上學期開學初和下學期中旬進行追蹤施測，并于大一下學期中旬發(fā)放《大學生社團活動經(jīng)驗調(diào)查問卷》，考察社團活動經(jīng)驗與大學生積極發(fā)展水平的關(guān)系。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，社團活動經(jīng)驗可以直接有效預測大學生積極發(fā)展的水平，也就是說，隨著社團活動經(jīng)驗的增加，大學生積極發(fā)展水平會逐步提升。同時也發(fā)現(xiàn)，積極發(fā)展水平高的大學生能夠更主動地參與社團活動，獲得更多的社團活動經(jīng)驗。 3．研究三：以研究二為基礎(chǔ)，進一步分析了社團活動類型與社團活動參與程度對大學生獲得社團活動經(jīng)驗的影響。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)，在社團活動類型方面：藝術(shù)類社團和職能類社團比學術(shù)類社團獲得更多的同一性經(jīng)驗和主動性經(jīng)驗，藝術(shù)類社團和職能類社團比體育類社團獲得更多的主動性經(jīng)驗，職能類社團比公益類社團獲得更多的主動性經(jīng)驗，其他類型的社團對活動經(jīng)驗的獲得影響差異不顯著；在社團活動參與程度方面：參與熱情越積極，獲得的社團活動經(jīng)驗越多；社團成員關(guān)系越親密，獲得的社團活動經(jīng)驗越多；對社團活動內(nèi)容和策劃越了解，獲得的社團活動經(jīng)驗越多；在社團活動擔任的角色越重要，獲得的社團活動經(jīng)驗越多。

More precisely, more young people as to development resources (RothBrooks-Gunn, 2003). In this case, influenced by the experience of the development concept and action view, researchers are increasingly concerned about the role of experience in the positive development of young people at home and abroad, empirical research and theoretical studies abroad are relatively rich, but the domestic started from 2009 people involved in the research activities and experience the positive development of teenagers, empirical research and theoretical studies are relatively weak. For college students, community is the main living their campus life Moving carrier plays an important role in shaping positive character. This study will take our freshmen as the main object, and explore the experience of promoting the active development of college students in China.

Therefore, the questionnaire can be used as an effective tool to evaluate college students' extracurricular activities experience.

Study three: 3. to study the basis of further analysis of the types of community activities and club activities involved in the degree of influence on college students to gain experience in club activities. The results showed that the types of association activities: art community and functional associations than academic associations with more experience and initiative experience and artistic associations. And the function of community sports club than to obtain more initiative than experience, community public welfare organization function to obtain more initiative experience, other types of community activity experience influence the difference was not significant; participation in community activities: participation enthusiasm is positive, get more experience in club activities; the members of the association the more intimate relationship, get more experience in club activities; more understanding of community activities and planning activities, get more experience in the community; The more important the role is, the more experience you have to gain.
