【摘要】：黨的十八大報(bào)告指出,實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興,必須推動(dòng)社會(huì)主義文化大發(fā)展大繁榮,興起社會(huì)主義文化建設(shè)新高潮,提高國家文化軟實(shí)力;十八屆三中全會(huì)決定又把推進(jìn)文化體制機(jī)制創(chuàng)新作為國家戰(zhàn)略,并列入全面深化改革的若干重大問題之中,昭示著中央對(duì)提高文化軟實(shí)力的意志決心和文化自覺性與自信心。作為立足本地、服務(wù)基層的新建地方本科院校,必須以社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀為指導(dǎo),不遺余力地加強(qiáng)文化建設(shè),以形成學(xué)校品牌特色,引領(lǐng)當(dāng)?shù)匚幕聵I(yè)的發(fā)展,促進(jìn)地方軟實(shí)力的提升。在馬克思主義文化觀和新時(shí)期文化建設(shè)軟實(shí)力理論的指導(dǎo)下,在借鑒前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,以新時(shí)期大學(xué)文化建設(shè)為背景,以社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀體系為引領(lǐng),對(duì)新建地方本科院校文化建設(shè)的理論淵源、重要性、特征與功能進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究論述;探討、剖析和總結(jié)了新建地方本科院校文化建設(shè)的成就、存在的問題及其形成原因,并借鑒國內(nèi)外高校文化建設(shè)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)和時(shí)代對(duì)新建地方本科院校的新要求,提出了一系列對(duì)策建議,對(duì)豐富高等教育管理理論,推動(dòng)新建地方本科院校的科學(xué)發(fā)展,提升地方軟實(shí)力都具有理論和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義。新建地方本科院校的文化建設(shè)是一個(gè)循序漸進(jìn)的過程,需要一代又一代大學(xué)人前赴后繼地傳承與創(chuàng)新,研究應(yīng)理順?biāo)悸�、�?zhǔn)確定位,認(rèn)真分析當(dāng)前高等教育發(fā)展的新形勢(shì)和新背景,將文化建設(shè)置于學(xué)校內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展的重要位置,以獨(dú)特而優(yōu)秀的大學(xué)文化引導(dǎo)新建本科院校屹立于中國高校之林。
[Abstract]:The report of the 18th National Congress of the CPC pointed out that in order to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, we must promote the great development and prosperity of socialist culture, raise a new climax of socialist cultural construction, and enhance the soft power of national culture.The third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee decided to take the promotion of innovation of cultural system and mechanism as a national strategy, and included in some important issues of deepening the reform in an all-round way, indicating the determination of the central government to improve the cultural soft power and its cultural consciousness and self-confidence.As a new local undergraduate college based on local, serving the grass-roots level, we must take socialist core values as the guidance, spare no effort to strengthen cultural construction, in order to form school brand characteristics and lead the development of local cultural undertakings.Promote the promotion of local soft power.Under the guidance of Marxist cultural view and soft power theory of cultural construction in the new period, on the basis of drawing lessons from the previous research results, taking the university culture construction in the new period as the background, and taking the socialist core value system as the guide,This paper systematically discusses the theoretical origin, importance, characteristics and functions of the cultural construction of the newly-built local undergraduate colleges and universities, probes into, analyzes and summarizes the achievements, existing problems and the causes of the cultural construction of the newly-built local undergraduate colleges and universities.Based on the successful experience of cultural construction in colleges and universities at home and abroad and the new requirements of the times, a series of countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to enrich the management theory of higher education and to promote the scientific development of new local undergraduate colleges and universities.The promotion of local soft power has theoretical and practical significance.The cultural construction of newly established local undergraduate colleges is a gradual process, which requires successive generations of university people to inherit and innovate, the research should be straightened out, accurate positioning,This paper analyzes the new situation and new background of the development of higher education at present, puts the cultural construction in the important position of the connotative development of the school, and guides the newly-built undergraduate colleges and universities to stand erect in the forest of the Chinese universities with the unique and excellent university culture.
