【摘要】：增強(qiáng)實(shí)效性是高校思想政治教育理論探索中具有永恒意義的主題,也是高校思想政治教育實(shí)踐活動的目的和歸宿。隨著改革開放的深入和經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的不斷發(fā)展,西方各種文化思潮撲面而來,傳統(tǒng)文化日趨活躍,文化多元化已成為不可回避的現(xiàn)實(shí)和高校思想政治教育不可忽視的重要背景。 多元文化并存局面的形成和發(fā)展,一方面拓寬了高校思想政治教育的視野,為我們汲取多元文化的精華、豐富高校思想政治教育資源創(chuàng)造了條件,成為增強(qiáng)高校思想政治教育實(shí)效性的有利因素。但另一方面,多元文化的發(fā)展又嚴(yán)重地沖擊著我國社會主流文化和主流價值觀,導(dǎo)致人們思想觀念和價值取向的多元化,對當(dāng)代大學(xué)生思想政治品德的形成和發(fā)展具有明顯的負(fù)面影響,使高校思想政治教育面臨嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。因此,剖析多元文化背景對高校思想政治教育帶來的影響,探索多元文化背景下增強(qiáng)高校思想政治教育實(shí)效性的有效途徑,就成為我國高校思想政治教育實(shí)效性研究的重要課題。 本文在借鑒和吸收現(xiàn)有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,以增強(qiáng)高校思想政治教育實(shí)效性為著眼點(diǎn),以探尋文化多元化背景下高校思想政治教育基本要素的有效性為立足點(diǎn),按以下思路對選題進(jìn)行探討： 首先,“緒論”部分闡述了選題背景、意義、研究現(xiàn)狀、思路和方法；其次,“理論探討”部分對“文化多元化”、“高校思想政治教育實(shí)效性”等相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了分析和界定,并從總體上對多元文化與高校思想政治教育實(shí)效性的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了較為深入的理論思考；第三,論文的主體部分共有四章的篇幅,分別探討了文化多元化對高校思想政治教育主體、客體、介體、環(huán)體等基本要素有效性的影響,提出了多元文化背景下提高高校思想政治教育各個基本要素有效性的主要對策,形成了應(yīng)對文化多元化帶來的挑戰(zhàn)、增強(qiáng)高校思想政治教育實(shí)效性的基本思路。最后,“結(jié)論”部分概括了全文的主要內(nèi)容和觀點(diǎn),并指出了寫作中存在的問題和今后努力的方向。
[Abstract]:Enhancing effectiveness is the eternal theme in the theoretical exploration of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. It is also the purpose and destination of the practical activities of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.With the deepening of reform and opening up and the continuous development of economic globalization, various cultural trends of thought in the West are coming, the traditional culture is becoming more and more active, and cultural pluralism has become an unavoidable reality and an important background for ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The formation and development of the coexistence of multiculturalism has, on the one hand, widened the vision of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, created conditions for us to absorb the essence of multiculturalism and enrich the resources of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.It has become a favorable factor to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.But on the other hand, the development of multiculturalism has seriously impacted the mainstream culture and the mainstream values of our society, leading to the pluralism of people's ideas and values.It has obvious negative influence on the formation and development of contemporary college students' ideological and political character, which makes ideological and political education in colleges and universities face severe challenges.Therefore, this paper analyzes the influence of the multicultural background on the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and explores the effective ways to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the multicultural background.It has become an important subject in the study of the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in China.On the basis of drawing lessons from and absorbing the existing research results, this paper focuses on enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and explores the effectiveness of the basic elements of ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the background of cultural diversity.According to the following ideas to discuss the topic:First of all, the introduction describes the background, significance, research status, ideas and methods of the topic; secondly, the "theoretical discussion" part of "cultural diversity",This paper analyzes and defines the related concepts, such as "the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities", and makes a deep theoretical thinking on the relationship between multiculturalism and the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.There are four chapters in the main part of the thesis, which respectively discusses the influence of cultural diversity on the effectiveness of the basic elements of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, such as the subject, object, medium, environment, and so on.This paper puts forward the main countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of the basic elements of ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the background of multiculturalism, and forms a basic train of thought to deal with the challenges brought by cultural pluralism and to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Finally, the conclusion summarizes the main contents and viewpoints of the paper, and points out the problems in writing and the direction of future efforts.
