【摘要】：正2010年10月,國務(wù)院辦公廳下發(fā)《關(guān)于開展國家教育體制改革試點(diǎn)的通知》,將建設(shè)中國特色現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度作為改革試點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目之一,并確定浙江省和北京大學(xué)等27所高校作為試點(diǎn)單位,標(biāo)志著現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度建設(shè)從理論研究、學(xué)校自發(fā)探索進(jìn)入了國家主導(dǎo)的試點(diǎn)推進(jìn)階段,成為國家統(tǒng)一決策、統(tǒng)一部署。一、試點(diǎn)工作總體情況自試點(diǎn)工作啟動(dòng)實(shí)施以來,始終堅(jiān)持以落實(shí)和擴(kuò)大高校辦學(xué)自主權(quán)為保障,不斷改進(jìn)現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度外部環(huán)境;以制定高校章程為重要載體,不斷完善高校內(nèi)部治理結(jié)構(gòu);以研究制訂高校學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)規(guī)程為引領(lǐng),保障學(xué)術(shù)組
[Abstract]:In October 2010, the General Office of the State Council issued the Circular on the pilot Reform of the National Education system, which included the construction of a modern university system with Chinese characteristics as one of the pilot projects for reform.27 universities, such as Zhejiang Province and Peking University, are determined as pilot units, which indicates that modern university system construction has entered the stage of state-led pilot promotion from theoretical research and spontaneous exploration, and has become a unified decision-making and unified deployment of the country.1. The overall situation of the pilot work since the implementation of the pilot work has always been to ensure the implementation and expansion of the autonomy of running a university, to continuously improve the external environment of the modern university system, and to make the constitution of a university an important carrier.To improve the internal governance structure of colleges and universities and to ensure the academic group guided by the research and formulation of the rules of academic committees in colleges and universities
