【摘要】：思想政治教育是教育者用一定的政治觀點、思想體系、道德規(guī)范對人們施加有目的、有計劃、有組織的影響，，使他們形成符合一定社會或一定階級所需要的思想品德的社會實踐活動。它的功能是幫助受教育者樹立正確的世界觀、人生觀和價值觀，促進人的全面發(fā)展。“和同之辯”是中國歷史上非常著名的關(guān)于“和”與“同”的辯論，西周末年的周太史史伯以及春秋末年齊國的政治家，思想家晏嬰都闡述了“和”與“同”的差異。而孔子則繼承和發(fā)展了史伯，晏嬰的和同之辯思想，把和同之辯提煉為了“和而不同”,提出了君子和而不同，小人同而不和的思想主張。“和”與“同”在這里有著非常不同的意義�！昂投煌笔侵敢姓J“不同”，在不同的基礎(chǔ)上形成“和”（合并，融合，團結(jié)，和諧）才能產(chǎn)生新事物：如果一味追求“同”，不僅不能使事物得到發(fā)展，反而會使事物衰竭。和而不同思想是思想政治教育的一個指導(dǎo)思想，有利于克服思想政治教育中的一些偏差，對思想政治教育提出了更高的要求，有力的推動了思想政治教育的創(chuàng)新，因此，加強對和而不同思想的研究是思想政治教育學(xué)科發(fā)展的需要。特別是在經(jīng)濟全球化的大背景下，思想政治教育面臨著新的挑戰(zhàn)，急需做出一些調(diào)整才能更好的適應(yīng)這些挑戰(zhàn)，為21世紀中國的發(fā)展培養(yǎng)更加優(yōu)秀的人才奠定礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political education means that educators exert purposeful, planned and organized influence on people with a certain political point of view, ideological system, and moral standards.To form a social practice that meets the needs of a society or a certain class.Its function is to help the educatee to establish correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, and to promote the all-round development of human beings."the argument of Harmony" is a very famous debate about "harmony" and "same" in Chinese history. Zhou Tai Shi Bo in the Western weekend and Yan Ying, a statesman and thinker of Qi in the late Spring and Autumn period, have all expounded the difference between "he" and "same".Confucius inherited and developed the ideas of Shi Bo, Yan Ying and the same people, refined the argument for "harmony without difference", and put forward the idea of a gentleman who was harmonious but different, and a villain who did not agree with each other."and" and "same" have very different meanings here."Harmony but difference" means to recognize "difference" and form "harmony" (merger, fusion, unity, harmony) on the basis of different to produce new things: if we blindly pursue "same", not only can things not be developed,On the contrary, things will fail.Harmony without difference is a guiding ideology of ideological and political education, which is conducive to overcoming some deviations in ideological and political education, putting forward higher requirements for ideological and political education, and promoting the innovation of ideological and political education.It is the need of the development of ideological and political education to strengthen the study of harmonious but different thoughts.Especially in the background of economic globalization, ideological and political education is facing new challenges. It is urgent to make some adjustments in order to better adapt to these challenges, and lay the foundation for the development of China in the 21st century to cultivate more excellent talents.
