大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力結(jié)構(gòu)與培養(yǎng)路徑研究

【摘要】:大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力的培養(yǎng)是一個(gè)具有理論研究與實(shí)踐價(jià)值的課題。處于高等教育范疇的本科生教育,承擔(dān)著培養(yǎng)具備創(chuàng)新能力人才,踐行國家“科教興國”戰(zhàn)略的重大任務(wù)。因此本科生教育要加強(qiáng)對創(chuàng)新能力的理論研究與實(shí)踐探索,尋求結(jié)合點(diǎn),培養(yǎng)和造就更多的具備創(chuàng)新能力的人才。 論文基于實(shí)證研究的視角,采用問卷調(diào)查的方式收集數(shù)據(jù),綜合運(yùn)用定量和定性研究方法進(jìn)行分析,構(gòu)建大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力結(jié)構(gòu)模型,分析不同人口學(xué)變量的大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力的差異,接著分析大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力的培養(yǎng)路徑,最后提出提高大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力的對策建議,以期能為提高高校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力提供參考。 本研究共分為六個(gè)部分,第一部分是緒論。包括選題背景、研究意義、國內(nèi)外研究綜述、研究思路、研究工具。第二部分為問卷的編制及發(fā)放,闡述問卷工具的設(shè)計(jì)及施測過程。第三部分為大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力結(jié)構(gòu)探析,用探索性因子分析及驗(yàn)證性因子分析確定結(jié)構(gòu)模型。第四部分為大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)路徑結(jié)構(gòu)探析,用探索性因子分析及驗(yàn)證性因子分析確定結(jié)構(gòu)模型。第五部分為大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查分析,分析大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力在不同人口學(xué)變量下的差異、分析不同路徑對大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)的不同影響。第六部分為研究結(jié)論及展望。 研究發(fā)現(xiàn),大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力的整體水平還有待加強(qiáng),有必要從國家教育政策和學(xué)校制度上保證大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力的培養(yǎng),將基礎(chǔ)知識學(xué)習(xí)與綜合素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)并重;大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新能力在年級、生源地和政治面貌上沒有顯著差異,不應(yīng)過分強(qiáng)調(diào)生源地及政治面貌差異;不同類別高校的大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力水平不一樣,經(jīng)調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)部屬院校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力高于一般本科院校,一般本科院校大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新能力高于省屬重點(diǎn)院校,省屬重點(diǎn)院校應(yīng)著重加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力的培養(yǎng);廣泛參與活動對大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力的培養(yǎng)有明顯促進(jìn)作用,高校應(yīng)鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生走出課堂,積極參與活動;重視發(fā)揮指導(dǎo)老師對學(xué)生活動的主導(dǎo)作用;關(guān)注活動負(fù)責(zé)人的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力;健全學(xué)校關(guān)于活動的相關(guān)政策。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of college students' innovative ability is a subject of theoretical research and practical value.Undergraduate education in the field of higher education undertakes the important task of cultivating talents with innovative ability and carrying out the national strategy of "rejuvenating the country through science and education".Therefore, the undergraduate education should strengthen the theoretical research and practical exploration of innovation ability, seek the joint point, cultivate and bring up more talents with innovation ability.Based on the perspective of empirical research, this paper collects the data by questionnaire, and analyzes it by using quantitative and qualitative research methods to construct the structural model of college students' innovation ability.This paper analyzes the differences of college students' innovation ability with different demographic variables, and then analyzes the cultivation path of college students' innovation ability, and finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for improving college students' innovation ability, in order to provide reference for improving college students' innovation ability.This research is divided into six parts, the first part is the introduction.Including the topic background, research significance, domestic and foreign research review, research ideas, research tools.The second part is the preparation and distribution of the questionnaire, the design of the questionnaire tool and the test process.The third part is the structure analysis of college students' innovation ability, which uses exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis to determine the structure model.The fourth part analyzes the path structure of college students' innovative ability cultivation, and uses exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis to determine the structure model.The fifth part is the investigation and analysis of the present situation of college students' innovation ability, analyzes the difference of college students' innovation ability under different demographic variables, and analyzes the different influence of different paths on the cultivation of college students' innovation ability.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect of the research.The study found that the overall level of college students' innovative ability still needs to be strengthened, it is necessary to ensure the cultivation of college students' innovative ability from the national education policy and school system, and pay equal attention to basic knowledge learning and comprehensive quality training.The innovation ability of college students has no significant difference in grade, origin of students and political outlook, so it should not be overemphasized on the difference of students' origin and political outlook, and the level of innovation ability of students in different types of colleges and universities is different.Through the investigation, it is found that the innovation ability of the subordinate college students is higher than that of the general undergraduate college, and the innovation ability of the general undergraduate college students is higher than that of the provincial key university, and the provincial key colleges and universities should focus on strengthening the cultivation of the innovation ability of the students.Extensive participation in activities can obviously promote the cultivation of college students' innovative ability. Colleges and universities should encourage students to go out of the classroom and actively participate in activities, pay attention to the leading role of guiding teachers to students' activities, and pay close attention to the leadership ability of the persons in charge of the activities.Improve school policy on activities.
