【摘要】：在信息技術(shù)革命繼續(xù)飛速發(fā)展的今天,日益滲透到人們?nèi)粘Ｉ畹姆椒矫婷娴木W(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù),改變了我們的信息傳播方式和人際溝通方式,甚至社會(huì)管理的方式等。這一切對(duì)于生活在網(wǎng)絡(luò)迅速擴(kuò)張的時(shí)代環(huán)境中的大學(xué)生的影響是雙重的。高校校園是獲得網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)最為先覺(jué),并且網(wǎng)絡(luò)應(yīng)用最為普遍的場(chǎng)所,尤其是校園網(wǎng)已經(jīng)成為校園內(nèi)各種言論聲音的集散地。高度重視高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論的引導(dǎo),這對(duì)維護(hù)校園穩(wěn)定和促進(jìn)校園健康、可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文首先說(shuō)明了本選題的背景和意義,并綜述了當(dāng)前高校校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論研究的現(xiàn)狀。其后在確定了高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論和高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論引導(dǎo)工作的概念的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論的形成機(jī)制與特點(diǎn),闡述了高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論引導(dǎo)工作的必要性和引導(dǎo)的目標(biāo)；進(jìn)而通過(guò)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,開(kāi)展實(shí)證研究,分析歸納高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論的現(xiàn)狀,探究高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論的影響因素。最后,基于實(shí)證分析的結(jié)果,提出構(gòu)建和諧規(guī)范的網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論環(huán)境、建立網(wǎng)上預(yù)警機(jī)制、營(yíng)造網(wǎng)絡(luò)正面輿論強(qiáng)勢(shì)、提升大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)素養(yǎng)等多方面的建議,力求更好地為高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論引導(dǎo)的實(shí)際工作服務(wù),積極拓展和開(kāi)創(chuàng)理性、和諧、健康的高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology revolution, the network technology, which permeates every aspect of people's daily life day by day, has changed the way of information dissemination and interpersonal communication, even the way of social management and so on.All this has a dual impact on college students living in the era of rapid expansion of the network.College campus is the most popular place to obtain network technology and network application, especially campus network has become the campus of various speech and voice distribution center.Attach great importance to the guidance of network public opinion in colleges and universities, which is of great practical significance for maintaining campus stability, promoting campus health and sustainable development.This paper first explains the background and significance of this topic, and summarizes the current research status of campus network public opinion.Then, on the basis of determining the concept of university network public opinion and university network public opinion guiding work, this paper analyzes the forming mechanism and characteristics of university network public opinion, and expounds the necessity and aim of university network public opinion guidance work.Then through the questionnaire, carries out the empirical research, analyzes and induces the present situation of the university network public opinion, probes into the influence factor of the university network public opinion.Finally, based on the results of empirical analysis, this paper puts forward many suggestions, such as constructing a harmonious and normative network public opinion environment, establishing an online warning mechanism, creating a strong public opinion on the Internet, and promoting college students' network literacy.In order to better serve the actual work of network public opinion guidance in colleges and universities, we should actively expand and create a rational, harmonious and healthy network public opinion environment in colleges and universities.
