德育教育在大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育中的研究

【摘要】:改革開放以來,特別是2008年金融危機的爆發(fā)使國際經(jīng)濟受到前所未有的沖擊,導(dǎo)致世界經(jīng)貿(mào)活動發(fā)展趨緩,受之影響,我國就業(yè)矛盾亦是日趨突出,加之我國發(fā)展社會主義市場經(jīng)濟的大趨勢又召喚創(chuàng)業(yè)型經(jīng)濟的崛起與發(fā)展。因此,以創(chuàng)業(yè)拉動就業(yè)的創(chuàng)新性時代不可避免的來臨,我們需要培養(yǎng)出更多可以適應(yīng)新的創(chuàng)業(yè)形式,富有創(chuàng)業(yè)品質(zhì)、創(chuàng)業(yè)精神、創(chuàng)業(yè)知識的新型開創(chuàng)型人才。然而,當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的成長正處于我國經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型的特殊時期,經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型因素增加了德育教育工作的不確定性,使我們的德育教育工作面臨著許多新的挑戰(zhàn)。同時,由于大學(xué)生生活閱歷不足、心理發(fā)展不成熟、主體意識增強,使得當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的思想道德素質(zhì)還存在一些問題。例如,大學(xué)生在畢業(yè)后的創(chuàng)業(yè)過程中和成功后普遍存在的,社會道德、職業(yè)道德和社會責(zé)任感的缺失等問題。以我國高校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育中普遍存在著的職業(yè)道德匱乏等嚴重的道德操守問題為研究對象。以當(dāng)前大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育為大背景,分析德育教育介入大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的客觀性和在創(chuàng)業(yè)教育中所應(yīng)當(dāng)起到的作用,,以及在創(chuàng)業(yè)教育中實現(xiàn)德育教育的理念、內(nèi)容的途徑和方法。希望德育教育能夠緊密地結(jié)合時代特征和我國和諧社會的構(gòu)建。充分發(fā)揮自身的優(yōu)勢和功能,以人為本,不斷地探尋德育教育的新方法、新手段。切實加強和改進大學(xué)生德育教育,更好的為大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育服務(wù)。構(gòu)建出一套適應(yīng)當(dāng)今社會發(fā)展,切實可行的加強創(chuàng)業(yè)教育體系就具有相當(dāng)?shù)默F(xiàn)實意義,才能使德育教育工作取得成效。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, especially the outbreak of the financial crisis in 2008, the international economy has suffered an unprecedented impact, resulting in the slowing down of the development of world economic and trade activities, and the employment contradictions in China are becoming increasingly prominent.In addition, the trend of developing socialist market economy calls for the rise and development of entrepreneurial economy.Therefore, it is inevitable that the innovative era of employment can be driven by entrepreneurship. We need to cultivate more innovative talents who can adapt to new forms of entrepreneurship, full of entrepreneurial quality, entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial knowledge.However, the growth of contemporary college students is in a special period of economic transformation in our country. The factors of economic transformation increase the uncertainty of moral education work and make our moral education work face many new challenges.At the same time, there are still some problems in the ideological and moral quality of the contemporary college students due to their insufficient life experience, immature psychological development and the enhancement of their subjective consciousness.For example, there are many problems such as social morality, professional ethics and social responsibility of college students in the process of starting a business after graduation and after their success.This paper focuses on the serious moral problems in entrepreneurship education of college students in China, such as the lack of professional ethics.Under the background of the current entrepreneurship education of college students, this paper analyzes the objectivity of moral education in entrepreneurship education of college students and its role in entrepreneurship education, as well as the idea of realizing moral education in entrepreneurship education.Ways and means of contentI hope that moral education can be closely combined with the characteristics of the times and the construction of a harmonious society in China.Give full play to their own advantages and functions, people-oriented, constantly explore new methods and means of moral education.Strengthen and improve the moral education of college students, and better serve the entrepreneurship education of college students.It is of great practical significance to construct a set of education system that can adapt to the development of society and strengthen the system of entrepreneurship education. Only then can the work of moral education be effective.
