【摘要】：我國(guó)大學(xué)在高等教育國(guó)際化、高等教育大眾化、高等教育體制改革、辦學(xué)資源競(jìng)爭(zhēng)以及建設(shè)高等教育強(qiáng)國(guó)等復(fù)雜背景下產(chǎn)生了一些不適甚至是失敗,究其根源在于缺少成熟的現(xiàn)代大學(xué)思想與現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度作為發(fā)展的思想基礎(chǔ)與制度基礎(chǔ)。因而,我國(guó)大學(xué)要走出發(fā)展困局,必須逐漸建立成熟的現(xiàn)代大學(xué)思想和完善的現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度、培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)代大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)以及在大學(xué)推行和實(shí)施戰(zhàn)略管理。
[Abstract]:Under the complicated background of the internationalization of higher education, the popularization of higher education, the reform of higher education system, the competition of running school resources and the construction of a powerful country in higher education, Chinese universities have suffered some discomfort or even failure. The reason lies in the lack of mature modern university thought and modern university system as the ideological and institutional basis of development. We must gradually establish mature modern university thought and perfect modern university system, train modern university president and carry out and implement strategic management in university.
