馬克思主義人的全面發(fā)展理論與當(dāng)代大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)

【摘要】:人的全面發(fā)展一直以來(lái)都是我國(guó)社會(huì)主義人才培養(yǎng)的目標(biāo),而馬克思主義人的全面發(fā)展理論則為這一目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)提供了理論指引,在改革開(kāi)放今天,,為了能夠?yàn)閲?guó)家的建設(shè)和發(fā)展培養(yǎng)人才,也為了實(shí)現(xiàn)人的全面發(fā)展,我國(guó)提出了素質(zhì)教育的方針,具體高等教育就是要求高校努力培養(yǎng)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)。那么人的全面發(fā)展與當(dāng)代大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)到底有何關(guān)系?面對(duì)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)存在問(wèn)題和不足,該如何提升?本文正是一次回答這些問(wèn)題嘗試,筆者首先對(duì)馬克思主義人的全面發(fā)展理論進(jìn)行了梳理,然后對(duì)人的全面發(fā)展和大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了論述,得出了大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)必須以馬克思主義人的全面發(fā)展理論為指引,由此便開(kāi)始分析大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)現(xiàn)狀和成因,最后提出了在馬克思主義人的全面發(fā)展理論的指導(dǎo)下,提升大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的一些具有可行性的措施。 文章主要分為五個(gè)部分,第一部分引言,主要闡述了本文的選題背景、選題目的、選意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀綜述,以及研究方法和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。從第二部分到第五部分屬于本文的正文,第二部分中主要梳理了馬克思主義人的全面發(fā)展理論,從馬克思以前各個(gè)歷史時(shí)期人的全面發(fā)展思想,到馬克思主義人的全面發(fā)展理論,最后再到馬克思人的全面發(fā)展理論在中國(guó)的新成果。第三部分是本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)以及難點(diǎn),主要闡述了馬克思主義人的全面發(fā)展與當(dāng)代大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)之間的關(guān)系,筆者分別從兩者之間的聯(lián)系和區(qū)別兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了論述。第四部分主要論述了當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)現(xiàn)狀,并找出了其中存在的問(wèn)題和不足,并對(duì)這些問(wèn)題和不足進(jìn)行的相應(yīng)的成因分析。最后一部分,將馬克思主義人的全面發(fā)展理論與當(dāng)代大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)結(jié)合起來(lái),以馬克思主義人的全面發(fā)展理論指導(dǎo)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)培養(yǎng),分別從思想道德素質(zhì)、科學(xué)人文素質(zhì)、創(chuàng)新素質(zhì)、身心素質(zhì)四個(gè)方面提出了一些提升當(dāng)代大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的可行性建議和措施。
[Abstract]:The all-round development of people has always been China's socialist talents training target, and the theory of all-round development of the Marx doctrine is the realization of this goal provides a theoretical guidance in the reform and opening up today, in order to cultivate talents for the country's construction and development, but also to achieve the comprehensive development of our country is put forward the policy of quality education, higher education is required in specific efforts to cultivate college students' comprehensive quality. So the all-round development of people and cultivating the comprehensive quality of college students in the end what is the relationship? Facing the contemporary college students comprehensive quality problems and deficiencies, how to promote? This is an attempt to answer these questions, the author firstly Marx's theory of people's all-round development is reviewed, and then the relationship of people's all-round development and fostering of students' comprehensive quality is discussed, a large The cultivation of students' comprehensive quality must be based on the theory of all-round development of the Marx doctrine as a guide, thus began analysis of College Students' comprehensive quality status quo and the causes, and finally put forward the theory of all-round development of the Marx doctrine under the guidance of some feasible measures to improve the comprehensive quality of college students.
The article is divided into five parts, the first part is the introduction, this paper mainly expounds the background, purpose, significance, research status at home and abroad, and research methods and innovation. From the second part to the fifth part is the main part in second, combing the theory of all-round development of the Marx doctrine Marx, from the overall development before the various historical periods of human thought, the theory of all-round development of the Marx doctrine, and finally to Marx's theory of human comprehensive development of new achievements in China. The third part is the innovation of this paper and the difficulties, mainly expounds the relationship between the development of all-round development of the Marx doctrine and the comprehensive quality of college students the author discusses from two aspects respectively and the difference between the two. The fourth part mainly discusses the contemporary college students' comprehensive quality and the status quo. To find out the existing problems and shortcomings, and the corresponding analysis of the causes of these problems and shortcomings. Finally, the comprehensive development of Marx's theory of human and contemporary college students' comprehensive quality training combined with the theory of all-round development of the Marx doctrine guidance of contemporary college students' comprehensive quality training, respectively, from the ideological and moral quality the scientific and cultural qualities, innovation quality, and puts forward some improving the comprehensive quality of contemporary college students' suggestions and measures four aspects of physical and mental quality.
