【摘要】：建國(guó)至今,我國(guó)的班級(jí)教育研究經(jīng)歷了介紹引進(jìn)、踐行改造、嚴(yán)重破壞、發(fā)展實(shí)驗(yàn)、反思重建、深化拓展六個(gè)階段;在價(jià)值取向上表現(xiàn)為從集體主義為核心,走向集體與個(gè)性的平衡,以及邁步新集體主義的博弈;在研究?jī)?nèi)容上集中于班集體建設(shè)、班級(jí)性質(zhì)、班主任工作三個(gè)方面;在研究路徑上基于心理學(xué)、教育學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)、管理學(xué)等多學(xué)科視野。展望未來(lái)的班級(jí)教育研究,應(yīng)在復(fù)雜理論的方法論指導(dǎo)下使研究成果走向經(jīng)驗(yàn)與理性的整合。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, the research on class education in our country has experienced six stages: introduction, practice reform, serious destruction, development experiment, reflection and reconstruction, deepening and expanding, and its value orientation is characterized by collectivism as the core. Moving towards the balance of collectivity and individuality, and taking the game of neo-collectivism; focusing on the construction of class collective, the nature of class, and the work of class teacher; on the research path based on psychology, pedagogy, sociology, Looking forward to the future study of class education, we should make the research results move towards the integration of experience and rationality under the guidance of the methodology of complex theory.
