【摘要】：我國相關(guān)高校尚未形成知識產(chǎn)權(quán)人才特別是應(yīng)用型知識產(chǎn)權(quán)人才的科學(xué)培養(yǎng)路徑,是應(yīng)用型知識產(chǎn)權(quán)人才數(shù)量和質(zhì)量難以滿足社會尤其是企業(yè)需要的主要因素。對于知識產(chǎn)權(quán)人才的培養(yǎng),理工類高校與綜合類高校、政法類高校應(yīng)當(dāng)錯位發(fā)展,理工類高校要立足自身在企業(yè)所需應(yīng)用型知識產(chǎn)權(quán)人才培養(yǎng)方面的優(yōu)勢,借鑒發(fā)達(dá)國家培養(yǎng)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)應(yīng)用復(fù)合型人才的經(jīng)驗(yàn),從市場需要出發(fā),明確知識產(chǎn)權(quán)應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)層次化與多學(xué)科交叉滲透的培養(yǎng)模式,并構(gòu)建多元化的實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系。
[Abstract]:Related colleges and universities in China has not yet formed intellectual property talents especially the scientific training path of Applied Talents in intellectual property, quantity and quality of the applied talents of intellectual property to meet the society especially the main factors of the enterprise needs. For the cultivation of intellectual property talent in science and engineering colleges and universities, should be staggered development of Colleges of politics and law. Polytechnic colleges should be based on their own business needs in application of intellectual talent cultivation advantages, from developed countries to develop intellectual property application talents experience, starting from the needs of the market, the training mode of hierarchical cross penetration and multidisciplinary application of intellectual property talents, and the construction of practice teaching system diversification.
