基于研究性學(xué)習(xí)提升免費師范生教學(xué)能力的研究

【摘要】:自上世紀(jì)八十年代素質(zhì)教育提出,我國教育領(lǐng)域的價值取向逐漸由應(yīng)試教育轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樗刭|(zhì)教育,無論是課程的目標(biāo)還是內(nèi)容,最終的落腳點是為了學(xué)生的自身發(fā)展,這樣的目標(biāo)也意味著我們基礎(chǔ)教育的課程體系將要隨之轉(zhuǎn)型,與之適應(yīng)的教學(xué)也應(yīng)該是能夠適應(yīng)社會發(fā)展的要求。從本質(zhì)上改變傳統(tǒng)教育的弊端,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生健全的人格以及獨特創(chuàng)新思維,學(xué)生要轉(zhuǎn)變學(xué)習(xí)方式。而研究性學(xué)習(xí)作為教育課程改革中的新生事物,是改革中的亮點、重點、難點,正符合我國教育改革旋律,利于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的實踐能力以及創(chuàng)新思維,是免費師范生必備的基本素質(zhì)。 本文闡述了研究性學(xué)習(xí)的意義、特點和理論基礎(chǔ),對教學(xué)能力和評價體系進行了界定。通過對免費師范生研究性學(xué)習(xí)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研,顯示免費師范生對研究性學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度積極,認知較高,收獲頗豐,存在的主要問題表現(xiàn)在選題、科學(xué)研究方法、時間精力、與人合作以及對理論的深化認識等方面,結(jié)合調(diào)研結(jié)果,依據(jù)研究性學(xué)習(xí)特點對免費師范生從教學(xué)設(shè)計能力、指導(dǎo)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)能力、邏輯思維能力、課堂預(yù)見能力、信息運用能力、不斷學(xué)習(xí)能力、合作教學(xué)能力和教學(xué)反思能力等八個方面的教學(xué)能力進行探討,研究性學(xué)習(xí)是免費師范生提升教學(xué)能力的一種有效方式。針對調(diào)研結(jié)果對免費師范生提出以下建議:加強研究性學(xué)習(xí)相關(guān)理論學(xué)習(xí),積極參加大學(xué)生科研課題,注重科研方法的訓(xùn)練,強化教育實習(xí)中對研究性學(xué)習(xí)的實踐操作。學(xué)校應(yīng)重視對免費師范生教學(xué)能力的培養(yǎng),鼓勵學(xué)生積極參加各種講課比賽,重視教育實習(xí)中指導(dǎo)教師的作用和教學(xué)反思。 本文主要結(jié)論為研究性學(xué)習(xí)有助于提升免費師范生的教學(xué)能力,免費師范生研究性學(xué)習(xí)還需進一步強化。在研究性學(xué)習(xí)中,免費師范生應(yīng)著重加強教育觀念的轉(zhuǎn)變,接受新的形式中角色的轉(zhuǎn)變,更好地基于研究性學(xué)習(xí)提升教學(xué)能力。
[Abstract]:Since the eighties of the last century, quality education has been put forward, the value orientation in the field of education in our country has gradually changed from examination-oriented education to quality-oriented education. Whether it is the goal or content of the curriculum, the ultimate goal is for the development of the students themselves. Such a goal also means that the curriculum system of our basic education will be transformed with it, and the teaching adapted to it should also be able to adapt to the requirements of social development. In essence, we should change the drawbacks of traditional education. In order to cultivate students' perfect personality and unique innovative thinking, students should change their learning methods. As a new thing in the educational curriculum reform, research learning is a bright spot, key point and difficult point in the reform, which is in line with the melody of educational reform in our country. It is beneficial to cultivate students' practical ability and creative thinking, and is the essential basic quality of free normal students. This paper expounds the significance, characteristics and theoretical basis of research-based learning, and defines the teaching ability and evaluation system. Through the investigation of the present situation of research-based learning of free normal students, it shows that the free normal students have a positive attitude towards research-based learning. The main problems are as follows: topic selection, scientific research methods, time and energy, cooperation with others and a deeper understanding of the theory. According to the characteristics of research-based learning, the students' ability of teaching design, guiding students' learning ability, logical thinking ability, classroom foresight ability, information application ability, and continuous learning ability are discussed. The teaching ability in eight aspects, such as cooperative teaching ability and teaching reflective ability, is discussed. Research-based learning is an effective way for free normal students to improve their teaching ability. In view of the results of the investigation, the following suggestions are put forward to the free normal students: strengthening the theoretical study of research-based learning and actively participating in the scientific research projects of college students. Pay attention to the training of scientific research methods, strengthen the practical operation of research-based learning in educational practice. Schools should pay attention to the cultivation of the teaching ability of free normal students, and encourage students to actively participate in various teaching competitions. Attach importance to the role of guiding teachers and teaching reflection in the practice of education. The main conclusion of this paper is that inquiry learning is helpful to improve the teaching ability of free normal students, and it needs to be further strengthened. Accept the change of role in the new form and improve teaching ability based on inquiry learning.
