【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術不斷進步加上日新月異的通訊工具,構成了人們稱之謂的網(wǎng)絡新時代,深入到人類的物質(zhì)生活和精神生活,正在改變著人類的生活和思維方式。大學生正處于人生的成長期,對于他們來說,一切新鮮的事物都充滿著吸引力,沒有比網(wǎng)絡更具有誘惑力的東西了,一點鼠標便可以進入一個新的世界。網(wǎng)絡不僅僅為大學生提供了海量的信息和便利的生活條件,同時也造成大學生對信息資源選擇與判斷的困難,給大學生的行為帶來影響。這些都使高校德育管理面臨許多新的問題,對高校德育管理者提出了新的挑戰(zhàn)�；诖�,本論文通過對網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境下臺灣高校與大陸高校德育管理現(xiàn)狀進行比較研究,提出對大陸高校德育管理有意義的啟示。本文從德育管理目標、德育管理原則、德育管理內(nèi)容及德育管理方式四個方面對網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境下的臺灣高校與大陸高校德育管理現(xiàn)狀展開調(diào)查,分析臺灣高校與大陸高校德育管理在這四方面的不同特點。在此基礎上總結出對大陸高校德育管理的啟示:在網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境下大陸高校德育管理目標應重思想與重法制有機結合,德育管理原則應重共性與重個性有機結合,德育管理內(nèi)容應重垂直與重規(guī)范有機結合,德育管理方式應重優(yōu)勢與重多樣有機結合。
[Abstract]:Internet technology continues to progress and communication tools change rapidly form the network, people called the new era, deep into the human material life and spiritual life, is changing people's life and the way of thinking. The college students are in the growth stage of life, for them, all new things are full of attraction, no far more tempting than Internet of things, a little mouse can enter a new world. Internet provides and convenient living conditions are not only for students, but also college students on information resource selection and judgment of the difficulties for college students behavior impact. All of these make moral education management faces many new problems, put forward new challenges to the management of moral education. Based on this, this paper based on the network environment in Colleges and universities in Taiwan and Mainland University Moral Education Management The shape of a comparative study, this is meaningful to the mainland college moral education management. The management of moral education, moral education management principles, four aspects of moral education management content and management of moral education in Colleges and universities in Taiwan and the management of moral education under the network environment, the status of colleges and Universities to start investigation, analysis of different characteristics of Taiwan colleges and university moral education management in the mainland these four aspects. On the basis of summing up of moral education management in Colleges and universities, enlightenment: under the environment of network moral education in Colleges and universities, management objectives should be re thinking and re law combine moral education management principles should be combined with the heavy weight of common character, the content of moral education management should be vertical with the normative combination mode of moral education management heavy weight advantage and diversity combination.
