【摘要】：學(xué)科是高校的基本組成單元,高校的發(fā)展歸根到底依靠學(xué)科的發(fā)展。近年來,雖然我國的高等教育規(guī)模不斷壯大,科研成果和社會服務(wù)也有了突飛猛進的發(fā)展,然而我國高校學(xué)科發(fā)展中依然存在很多困難和瓶頸。有選擇有重點分批次地建設(shè)有特色的優(yōu)勢學(xué)科,通過提高部分學(xué)科的水平來帶動所有學(xué)科的協(xié)調(diào)有序快速發(fā)展,這將是我國高校發(fā)展的一條重要舉措和可行辦法。開展學(xué)科發(fā)展績效評價是推動學(xué)科建設(shè)和發(fā)展的根本措施和有力保障。 本研究在調(diào)研國內(nèi)外高校學(xué)科發(fā)展績效評價研究的基礎(chǔ)上,依據(jù)學(xué)科生命周期理論、學(xué)科投入產(chǎn)出理論和績效管理理論,對高校學(xué)科發(fā)展進行了績效評價研究。分析了高校學(xué)科發(fā)展績效評價的特點和作用,提出了建立高校學(xué)科發(fā)展績效評價指標體系應(yīng)該遵循的六個設(shè)計理念和五個設(shè)計原則,設(shè)計了高校學(xué)科發(fā)展績效評價指標體系的構(gòu)成要素,并詳細討論了高校學(xué)科發(fā)展績效評價指標體系的實施過程。最后以山西某高校為例,對其具有一級學(xué)科博士點的學(xué)科進行了學(xué)科發(fā)展績效評價的實證研究。 本研究的主要內(nèi)容包括如下幾方面： 一、本研究將學(xué)科生命周期理論、學(xué)科投入產(chǎn)出理論和績效管理理論相結(jié)合,將其運用于高校學(xué)科發(fā)展績效評價的研究中,使學(xué)科評價結(jié)果更加全面合理。 二、本研究提出了建立高校學(xué)科發(fā)展績效評價指標體系的應(yīng)該遵循的六個設(shè)計理念和五個設(shè)計原則,使提出的高校學(xué)科發(fā)展績效評價指標體系具有廣泛的適用性。 三、本研究依據(jù)高校學(xué)科發(fā)展績效評價的理論基礎(chǔ)和指標體系,對山西某高校的具有一級學(xué)科博士點的學(xué)科進行了實證研究。本研究通過理論與實踐相結(jié)合,使得研究結(jié)果具有理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:Discipline is the basic unit of colleges and universities. The development of colleges and universities depends on the development of disciplines in the final analysis. In recent years, although the scale of higher education in China continues to grow, scientific research achievements and social services have also developed by leaps and bounds. However, there are still many difficulties and bottlenecks in the development of university disciplines in China. This will be an important measure and feasible method for the development of colleges and universities in China. Based on the research on the performance evaluation of discipline development at home and abroad, this study is based on the life cycle theory, the input-output theory and the performance management theory. This paper studies the performance evaluation of the discipline development in colleges and universities, analyzes on the characteristics and functions of the performance evaluation of the discipline development in colleges and universities, and puts forward six design concepts and five design principles that should be followed in the establishment of the performance evaluation index system for the discipline development in colleges and universities. This paper designs the constituent elements of the evaluation index system of the discipline development performance in colleges and universities, and discusses in detail the implementation process of the performance evaluation index system for the discipline development of colleges and universities. Finally, taking a certain university in Shanxi as an example, An empirical study on the performance evaluation of discipline development is carried out. The main contents of this study are as follows:. First, this study combines the theory of subject life cycle, the theory of subject input and output and the theory of performance management, and applies it to the research of performance evaluation of discipline development in colleges and universities, which makes the results of subject evaluation more comprehensive and reasonable. Secondly, this study puts forward six design concepts and five design principles to establish the evaluation index system of discipline development performance in colleges and universities, which makes the proposed evaluation index system of discipline development performance evaluation have wide applicability. Thirdly, according to the theoretical basis and index system of the performance evaluation of discipline development in colleges and universities, this paper makes an empirical study on the subjects with first-degree discipline doctoral programs in a certain university in Shanxi Province, which combines theory with practice. The research results have theoretical and practical significance.
