【摘要】：大學(xué)生從眾行為在高校中普遍存在，并對(duì)大學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)和生活有著重要的影響。大學(xué)生之所以會(huì)比較容易發(fā)生從眾行為，有著深刻的自身原因和外部原因，主要影響他們的是大學(xué)生在群體中渴望認(rèn)同的安全心理，自我意識(shí)不強(qiáng)的學(xué)生容易感受到真實(shí)的或者想象到的群體壓力，當(dāng)來(lái)自群體的規(guī)范性社會(huì)影響和信息性社會(huì)影響對(duì)他們發(fā)生作用時(shí)，就會(huì)使其發(fā)生從眾行為。 從大學(xué)生從眾行為的主要表現(xiàn)類型來(lái)看，從眾行為主要分布于大學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)生活中的消費(fèi)、戀愛(ài)、擇業(yè)和考試，這幾個(gè)具體的行為類型上。究其具體表現(xiàn)來(lái)看，大學(xué)生從眾行為尤其表現(xiàn)積極的一面，也有消極的一面。針對(duì)這一問(wèn)題，高校的大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作，要從大學(xué)生的從眾心理規(guī)律出發(fā)，摸清大學(xué)生從眾行為背后的心理規(guī)律，，找出思想政治教育與之相聯(lián)系的結(jié)合點(diǎn)，提出切實(shí)可行的具體方案和對(duì)策，真正落實(shí)好大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作。 在對(duì)大學(xué)生從眾行為有了一個(gè)比較全面的了解之后，再?gòu)乃枷胝谓逃?dú)特的視角出發(fā)，以思想政治教育專門的手段和方法，來(lái)解決大學(xué)生從眾行為這一問(wèn)題。我們也要利用好從眾行為能產(chǎn)生的積極效應(yīng)，進(jìn)而來(lái)促進(jìn)高校思政政治教育。盡量使大學(xué)生能夠形成健全的人格，獲得更好的成長(zhǎng)環(huán)境，真正提高高校思想政治教育的時(shí)效性。
[Abstract]:The behavior of conformity of college students is widespread in colleges and universities, and it has an important influence on the study and life of college students. The reason why college students are prone to herd behavior has profound self-reasons and external reasons. They are mainly affected by college students' safety psychology, which is eager to identify with the group. Students who are not self-conscious are likely to feel the real or imagined group pressure. When the normative social influence from the group and the informational social influence affect them, the herd behavior will occur. From the view of the main types of behavior of college students, herd behavior is mainly distributed in the consumption, love, career choice and examination of college students in their study and life. In view of this problem, the ideological and political education of college students should be based on the psychological law of college students. This paper tries to find out the psychological law behind the behavior of college students, find out the combination of ideological and political education and its connection, and put forward practical and practical plans and countermeasures to carry out the work of ideological and political education of college students. After having a relatively comprehensive understanding of the behavior of college students following the herd, and then starting from the unique perspective of ideological and political education, with the special means and methods of ideological and political education, To solve the problem of college students' herd behavior. We should also make good use of the positive effects of herd behavior, and then promote ideological and political education in colleges and universities. We should try our best to enable college students to form a sound personality and obtain a better growth environment.
