【摘要】:“人的全面發(fā)展”是馬克思主義理論精髓,也是我國(guó)制定科學(xué)教育方針的理論依據(jù)。教育公平是社會(huì)公平的重要組成部分,是實(shí)現(xiàn)人的全面發(fā)展的客觀要求,F(xiàn)階段要保證高等教育公平,首要任務(wù)和現(xiàn)實(shí)的選擇是促進(jìn)高等教育入學(xué)機(jī)會(huì)公平,大力促進(jìn)高等教育起點(diǎn)的公平。 文章從人的全面發(fā)展理論視角入手對(duì)我國(guó)高等教育入學(xué)機(jī)會(huì)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究。分為四大部分,第一部分主要概括了選題的目的意義思路方法及國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者的研究現(xiàn)狀;第二部分探討了人的全面發(fā)展與高等教育入學(xué)機(jī)會(huì)之間的聯(lián)系,首先論述了該理論的形成和發(fā)展過(guò)程,并闡述了該理論的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵。其次研究了高等教育入學(xué)機(jī)會(huì)與人的全面發(fā)展之間的密切關(guān)系,強(qiáng)調(diào)高等教育入學(xué)機(jī)會(huì)公平是實(shí)現(xiàn)人的全面發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)保障,人的全面發(fā)展是高等教育入學(xué)機(jī)會(huì)公平的現(xiàn)實(shí)出發(fā)點(diǎn)和根本目標(biāo);第三部分對(duì)我國(guó)高等教育入學(xué)機(jī)會(huì)公平問(wèn)題進(jìn)行具體分析,高等教育入學(xué)機(jī)會(huì)不公平的表現(xiàn)主要體現(xiàn)為城鄉(xiāng)之間、地區(qū)之間、性別之間和階層之間的差別上。城鄉(xiāng)之間、地區(qū)之間的發(fā)展不平衡直接導(dǎo)致高等教育入學(xué)機(jī)會(huì)不均等,后從教育制度方面分析了造成入學(xué)機(jī)會(huì)不公平的原因。第四部分在總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上提出作者的觀點(diǎn),將國(guó)外的教育理念運(yùn)用到我國(guó)的實(shí)踐中,從制度層面出發(fā),對(duì)促進(jìn)我國(guó)高等教育入學(xué)機(jī)會(huì)公平提出一些對(duì)策,對(duì)和諧社會(huì)背景下高等教育入學(xué)機(jī)會(huì)公平的若干問(wèn)題和影響因素逐一分析,找出導(dǎo)致高等教育入學(xué)機(jī)會(huì)差異的深層原因,進(jìn)而提出相關(guān)對(duì)策,旨在為解決高等教育入學(xué)機(jī)會(huì)不公平問(wèn)題提供思考。
[Abstract]:"the all-round development of human beings" is the essence of Marxist theory and the theoretical basis of formulating scientific educational policy in China. Education fairness is an important part of social equity. In order to ensure the fairness of higher education, the most important task and realistic choice is to promote the fairness of access to higher education and to promote the fairness of the starting point of higher education. From the perspective of the theory of human comprehensive development, this paper studies the access to higher education in China. It is divided into four parts. The first part mainly summarizes the purpose, meaning, thinking and methods of selecting the topic and the current research situation of scholars at home and abroad. The second part discusses the relationship between the overall development of human beings and the opportunities of higher education. Firstly, it discusses the formation and development of the theory. The scientific connotation of the theory is expounded. Secondly, the close relationship between the opportunity of higher education admission and the overall development of human beings is studied, emphasizing that the fair access to higher education is the basic guarantee to realize the all-round development of human beings. The overall development of human beings is the realistic starting point and fundamental goal of the fair access to higher education. The unfair entrance opportunities of higher education are mainly reflected in the differences between urban and rural areas, between regions, between sexes and among strata. The imbalance of development between urban and rural areas leads directly to the unequal access to higher education. The fourth part puts forward the author's point of view on the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign research results, applies the foreign educational concept to the practice of our country, and starts from the system level. This paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the fairness of higher education entrance opportunity in our country, analyzes several problems and influencing factors of higher education entrance opportunity equity under the background of harmonious society, and finds out the deep reasons leading to the difference of higher education entrance opportunity. And then put forward the relevant countermeasures, in order to solve the problem of unfair access to higher education.
