【摘要】：高�！�80后”輔導(dǎo)員已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)前“90后”大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作的主力軍�！�80后”輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的成敗關(guān)系到大學(xué)生的健康成長、輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍的穩(wěn)定與發(fā)展、學(xué)校乃至社會(huì)的和諧與穩(wěn)定。本文筆者在對(duì)部分在昆高�！�80后”輔導(dǎo)員的調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上，了解和分析他們的工作狀況、職業(yè)態(tài)度、職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃等方面的具體情況，針對(duì)性地提出完善高�！�80后”輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃與發(fā)展的建議。本文主要從三個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容對(duì)高�！�80后”輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃進(jìn)行了介紹。首先是對(duì)高�！�80后”輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的定位、特點(diǎn)及意義的介紹；之后又對(duì)高�！�80后”輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容與基本原則進(jìn)行闡述，最后提出了高�！�80后”輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的路徑和方法。為高�！�80后”輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的系統(tǒng)性、長期性、可持續(xù)性研究提供參考，，也為今后高校制定“80后”輔導(dǎo)員相關(guān)政策提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The "post-80s" counselors have become the main force in the ideological and political education of the post-90s college students. The success or failure of the post-80s counselors' career planning is related to the healthy growth of college students and the stability and development of the counselors' ranks. On the basis of the investigation of some post-80s counselors in Kunming University, the author understands and analyzes their working status, professional attitude, career planning and so on. This paper introduces the career planning of post-80s counselors in colleges and universities from three aspects. First of all, it introduces the career planning of post-80s counselors in colleges and universities. "the orientation of counselors' career planning, The characteristics and significance are introduced, and then the goals, contents and basic principles of career planning for post-80s college counselors are expounded. Finally, this paper puts forward the path and method of career planning for post-80s counselors in colleges and universities, which provides a reference for the systematic, long-term and sustainable research on the career planning of post-80s counselors in colleges and universities. It also provides the basis for the establishment of the "after-80s" counselors in colleges and universities in the future.
