【摘要】:2007年,教育部辦公廳印發(fā)的《大學(xué)生職業(yè)發(fā)展與就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課教學(xué)要求》中明確要求將職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育納入高校教學(xué)計劃,為學(xué)生職業(yè)發(fā)展、人生規(guī)劃和就業(yè)提供了較好的指導(dǎo)和幫助。但是總的來講,這項工作起步很晚,落后于歐美國家一百年左右,這種指導(dǎo)和幫助更多的還停留在初級階段,沒有深入到內(nèi)涵。這在很大程度上制約了大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育功能的充分發(fā)揮。我國大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育受社會制度因素、高校自身因素、大學(xué)生自身因素等多方面主客觀因素的影響和制約,因此發(fā)展的速度相對比較緩慢。 現(xiàn)在雖然很多高校開始重視大學(xué)生的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育,并逐步從原來單一的就業(yè)指導(dǎo)向正規(guī)的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育轉(zhuǎn)變。但是在開展大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的過程中,很多高校的重視力度不夠,導(dǎo)致各高校職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育發(fā)展的水平不一致,職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育不到位,沒有真正起到對學(xué)生的教育和指導(dǎo)作用。本文以國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),綜合運用了文獻資料查閱法、調(diào)查問卷法、訪談法、課堂信息反饋、系統(tǒng)分析等研究方法,對現(xiàn)今社會嚴(yán)峻的就業(yè)形勢和高校大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的現(xiàn)狀進行了分析和論述:并對大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃中存在的主要問題進行了深入剖析,總結(jié)了問題存在的主要原因,為提高大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的能力和水平提供切實可行的建議和措施。 本論文主要內(nèi)容包括三個部分,通過這三部分對當(dāng)前大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃存在的問題及對策提出了有針對性的建議和措施。第一部分對大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的相關(guān)概念進行了明確的界定,并對大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的特點和內(nèi)容進行分析和介紹;第二部分重點分析了大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃過程中存在的五大問題,并從個人原因、學(xué)校原因、家庭原因和社會原因等四個方面剖析了問題出現(xiàn)的主要原因;最后從大學(xué)生自身角度、學(xué)校角度和社會角度分別提出了改進大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的具體措施。
[Abstract]:In 2007, the Teaching requirements of career Development and Employment guidance for College students issued by the General Office of the Ministry of Education explicitly requested that the education of career planning should be included in the teaching plan of colleges and universities in order to promote the students' professional development. Life planning and employment have provided better guidance and assistance. But generally speaking, this work started very late and lagged behind Europe and the United States for about a hundred years. This kind of guidance and help is still at a preliminary stage. To a large extent, it restricts the full play of the educational function of college students' career planning. Our country's college students' career planning education is influenced by social system factors and universities' own factors. Because of the influence and restriction of many subjective and objective factors, the speed of development of college students is relatively slow. Although many colleges and universities begin to attach importance to the career planning education of college students, and gradually change from the original single employment guidance to the formal career planning education, but in the process of carrying out the career planning education for college students, Many colleges and universities pay less attention to the development of career planning education, resulting in the level of development of career planning education is not consistent, career planning education is not in place. On the basis of the relevant theories of career planning at home and abroad, this paper synthetically applies the methods of literature reference, questionnaire, interview, classroom information feedback, etc. Based on the systematic analysis and other research methods, this paper analyzes and discusses the grim employment situation of the society and the present situation of college students' career planning, and deeply analyzes the main problems existing in the college students' career planning. This paper summarizes the main reasons of the problems and provides practical suggestions and measures for improving the ability and level of college students' career planning education. The main contents of this paper include three parts. Through these three parts, the author puts forward some suggestions and measures on the problems and countermeasures of the current college students' career planning. The first part gives a clear definition of the related concepts of the college students' career planning. The second part focuses on the analysis of five major problems in the process of career planning of college students, and from the personal reasons, school reasons, The main causes of the problems are analyzed from four aspects: family reasons and social reasons. Finally, from the perspective of college students themselves, schools and society, the author puts forward specific measures to improve the career planning of college students.
