【摘要】：21世紀(jì)隨著計算機技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,教育信息化引發(fā)了全球性的教育改革,是建設(shè)國家教育體系、構(gòu)建學(xué)習(xí)型社會的內(nèi)在要求,正推動著教育的思想、觀念、模式、內(nèi)容和方法全面創(chuàng)新。傳統(tǒng)的行政辦公管理方式已不能滿足高�？焖侔l(fā)展業(yè)務(wù)的需要,凸顯了提升自身工作效率和內(nèi)部管理體制的必要性。協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)就是發(fā)揮高校的自身優(yōu)勢,充分使用現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)的手段,提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量,改善高校辦公的流程。協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)是建設(shè)數(shù)字校園的重要組成部分之一,其目的是提高各部門的辦公效率,使學(xué)校日常辦公實現(xiàn)無紙化、自動化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化,改進(jìn)和提升學(xué)�，F(xiàn)代化管理水平,促進(jìn)學(xué)校內(nèi)部信息資源交流,解決信息孤島的問題。首先,本文對數(shù)字校園協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)的研究背景、研究意義及國內(nèi)外發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行了介紹,整理研究工作中的研究思路和解決的問題,并且提出創(chuàng)新點。其次,將管理學(xué)的精細(xì)化理論和業(yè)務(wù)流程再造理論引入到數(shù)字校園協(xié)同辦公的建設(shè)過程中來,作為協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)的理論基礎(chǔ)。結(jié)合高校辦公室的職能特點同時論證了協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)在行政管理工作中的重要性和必要性。第三,結(jié)合高校日常辦公的特點,研究當(dāng)前流行的C/S(客戶機/服務(wù)器模式)和B/S(瀏覽器/服務(wù)器模式),分析二者的優(yōu)缺點來選擇適合的系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)平臺,并設(shè)計系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)流程。第四,根據(jù)高校實際情況調(diào)研,分析目前高校日常辦公的研究和應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,剖析我校辦公現(xiàn)狀存在的一些問題,提出實踐并開發(fā)數(shù)字校園協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)的主體思想,再設(shè)計信息管理模塊、綜合事務(wù)模塊、個人辦公模塊、部門協(xié)同辦公模塊、公文管理模塊和系統(tǒng)管理模塊這六個功能模塊。第五,介紹協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)的安全體系設(shè)計原則、安全體系解決方案和數(shù)據(jù)備份方案,保障協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)能在安全的狀態(tài)下正常運行。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, with the rapid development of computer technology and network communication technology, education informatization triggered the global educational reform, which is the internal requirement of building the national education system and building a learning society, and is promoting the idea and concept of education. The traditional way of administrative office management can no longer meet the needs of the rapid development of business in colleges and universities. The cooperative office system is to give full play to the advantages of colleges and universities, make full use of the means of modern education technology, and improve the teaching quality. The cooperative office system is one of the important components of the construction of digital campus. The purpose of the system is to improve the office efficiency of various departments and to make the daily office of the school paperless, automatic and networked. To improve and improve the level of modern school management, to promote the exchange of information resources within the school, to solve the problem of information island. First, this paper studies the background of the digital campus collaborative office system. The significance of the research and the development situation at home and abroad are introduced, the research ideas and problems solved in the research work are sorted out, and the innovation points are put forward. The fine theory of management and the theory of business process reengineering (BPR) are introduced into the construction of collaborative office in digital campus. As the theoretical basis of cooperative office system, combined with the functional characteristics of university office, the importance and necessity of cooperative office system in administrative management are demonstrated. Thirdly, combining with the characteristics of university daily office, This paper studies the current popular C / S (client / Server) and B / S (browser / Server) mode, analyzes their advantages and disadvantages to select the appropriate system architecture platform, and designs the development process of the system. 4th, according to the actual situation of colleges and universities, This paper analyzes the current research and application of the daily office in colleges and universities, analyzes some problems existing in the present office situation of our university, puts forward the main idea of practicing and developing the digital campus cooperative office system, and then designs the information management module and the comprehensive transaction module. Personal office module, department cooperative office module, document management module and system management module. 5th. The security system design principle, security system solution and data backup scheme of cooperative office system are introduced. To ensure that the cooperative office system can operate normally in a safe state.
