廣西高師院校師資培訓(xùn)的現(xiàn)狀及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:廣西地方高師院校在師資培訓(xùn)方面取得了一定的成績(jī),培養(yǎng)了一大批骨干教師,建立了培訓(xùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系,加強(qiáng)了高層次人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè),但仍然存在一些問(wèn)題,比如對(duì)終身教育的認(rèn)識(shí)不足;高師院校發(fā)展規(guī)模與教師培訓(xùn)間的供求矛盾突出;發(fā)展經(jīng)費(fèi)投入不足等問(wèn)題。廣西高師院校教師培訓(xùn)并未引起社會(huì)的真正重視,教師的培訓(xùn)工作整體上還是處于比較落后的狀態(tài),有必要對(duì)教師培訓(xùn)過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題以及采取的相應(yīng)策略進(jìn)行研究,為更好地促進(jìn)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展,推進(jìn)教師培訓(xùn)工作做一些努力。 本文主要以都是專業(yè)發(fā)展理論為主要支撐點(diǎn),研究廣西高師院校師資培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀以及針對(duì)培訓(xùn)工作中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,以促進(jìn)廣西高師院校教育發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的全面實(shí)現(xiàn)和適應(yīng)社會(huì)的發(fā)展需要。針對(duì)這一問(wèn)題,本文主要以文獻(xiàn)法和調(diào)查問(wèn)卷法收集資料,從四個(gè)部分加以分析討論。 第一部分,主要是導(dǎo)論部分,闡述了本文的選題背景、研究目的與意義、文獻(xiàn)綜述、研究方法以及對(duì)本文的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了界定。 第二部分,主要是對(duì)高師院校教師培訓(xùn)進(jìn)行概述。 第三部分,主要以教師專業(yè)發(fā)展理論為依據(jù),制定了關(guān)于《廣西高師院校師資培訓(xùn)的教師調(diào)查問(wèn)卷》,對(duì)廣西師范大學(xué)、廣西師范學(xué)院、玉林師范學(xué)院和廣西民族師范學(xué)院進(jìn)行了抽樣調(diào)查,通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)分析了被調(diào)查教師培訓(xùn)工作中存在的主要問(wèn)題以及形成問(wèn)題的原因。 第四部分,主要從高校、政府、教師自身三個(gè)層面來(lái)提出化解廣西高師院校師資培訓(xùn)中存在的諸多問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Guangxi local normal colleges and universities have made certain achievements in teacher training, trained a large number of key teachers, established a training network system, strengthened the construction of high-level talents, but there are still some problems. For example, lack of understanding of life-long education; outstanding contradiction between supply and demand between the development scale of normal universities and teacher training; insufficient investment in development funds; and so on. Teacher training in normal universities in Guangxi has not aroused real social attention. The training of teachers is still in a relatively backward state as a whole, it is necessary to study the problems and strategies adopted in the process of teacher training, in order to better promote the professional development of teachers. We should make some efforts to promote teacher training. Based on the theory of professional development, this paper studies the current situation of teacher training in Guangxi normal universities and puts forward corresponding countermeasures against the problems in training work. In order to promote the overall realization of the strategic goal of education development in Guangxi normal universities and to meet the needs of the development of society, this paper mainly collects data by the method of literature and questionnaire, and analyzes and discusses it from four parts. The first part, the introduction part, expounds the background, purpose and significance of this paper, literature review, research methods and the definition of related concepts. The second part is an overview of teacher training in teachers colleges and universities. The third part, mainly based on the theory of teachers' professional development, formulates the questionnaire on teacher training in Guangxi normal University, including Guangxi normal University, Guangxi normal University, and Guangxi normal University. A sample survey was conducted between Yulin normal College and Guangxi normal University for nationalities. The main problems and the reasons of the problems were analyzed through the data. Part 4th, mainly from the university, the government, teachers themselves three levels to solve the problems of teachers training in Guangxi normal colleges and universities.
