【摘要】：民國(guó)時(shí)期是中國(guó)高等教育發(fā)展的"黃金時(shí)期",其完備的大學(xué)章程文本為大學(xué)的迅速發(fā)展發(fā)揮了巨大的促進(jìn)作用。目前,正值我國(guó)大學(xué)章程全面建設(shè)時(shí)期,回顧和借鑒民國(guó)時(shí)期優(yōu)秀的大學(xué)章程文本顯得頗具現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。民國(guó)時(shí)期大學(xué)章程文本的突出特點(diǎn)可以概括為:初現(xiàn)了"學(xué)院制"的管理模式,體現(xiàn)了"教授治校"的辦學(xué)理念,凸顯出對(duì)"辦學(xué)目標(biāo)"的準(zhǔn)確定位。從中我們可以獲得以下啟示:章程應(yīng)界定學(xué)院"職、責(zé)、權(quán)"的范圍,應(yīng)彰顯"教授治學(xué)"的大學(xué)理念,應(yīng)根據(jù)學(xué)校特色確定"辦學(xué)目標(biāo)"。
[Abstract]:The period of the Republic of China is the "golden period" of the development of higher education in China, and its complete text of the university charter has played a great role in promoting the rapid development of the university. It is of great practical significance to review and draw lessons from the excellent texts of the statutes of the Republic of China. The prominent features of the texts of the statutes of the Republic of China can be summed up as follows: the management mode of the "college system" appears at the beginning, and the idea of running a school by a professor is embodied. From this, we can get the following enlightenment: the charter should define the scope of "position, responsibility and power" of the college, highlight the university idea of "teaching and learning", and determine the "goal of running a school" according to the characteristics of the school.
