【摘要】：當(dāng)代大學(xué)生具有較高的文化素養(yǎng)與專業(yè)技能,是推動我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與社會進(jìn)步的主力軍,由于近年來高校擴招、國際經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢持續(xù)低迷和國內(nèi)宏觀就業(yè)形勢趨緊等因素的影響,大學(xué)生就業(yè)日趨困難,造成這一現(xiàn)象的主要因素是大學(xué)生的就業(yè)思想觀念出現(xiàn)了問題。文章以馬克思主義就業(yè)理論基礎(chǔ)為指導(dǎo),探析當(dāng)代大學(xué)生就業(yè)觀念所存在的主要問題,用馬克思主義就業(yè)觀理論幫助大學(xué)生解決就業(yè)中出現(xiàn)的問題,幫助其積極主動實現(xiàn)就業(yè),最終使得個人價值與社會主義核心價值得到統(tǒng)一。
[Abstract]:Contemporary college students, with high cultural literacy and professional skills, are the main force to promote economic development and social progress in China. Due to the expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities in recent years, the international economic situation has continued to be depressed and the domestic macro employment situation has become tighter, and so on. The main factor causing this phenomenon is the problem of college students' idea of employment. This paper, guided by Marxist employment theory, explores the main problems existing in the concept of employment of contemporary college students. Using the Marxist employment theory to help college students solve the problems in employment, help them to actively realize employment, and finally make the individual value and socialist core value to be unified.
