【摘要】：高校教師創(chuàng)新團隊模式建設(shè),屬于高等教育微觀管理方面問題。采用切實有效的措施創(chuàng)新團隊運作模式,對提升高校教師整體發(fā)展水平具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。文章在研究高校教師創(chuàng)新團隊運行的三維模式的內(nèi)涵以及價值基礎(chǔ)上,分別從"背景層""團隊運作層"以及"外部表征層"建構(gòu)高校教師創(chuàng)新團隊運行的三維模式的策略,以期提升高校教師創(chuàng)新團隊運作水平。
[Abstract]:The construction of university teachers' innovative team mode belongs to the problem of micromanagement of higher education. The practical and effective measures are adopted to innovate the operation mode of the team. It is of great practical significance to improve the overall development level of university teachers. This paper studies the connotation and value of the three-dimensional model of university teachers' innovative team operation. In order to improve the operation level of college teachers' innovation team, the strategies of constructing the three dimensional model of university teachers' innovation team are constructed from "background layer" "team operation layer" and "external representation layer" respectively.
