【摘要】：隨著社會和互聯(lián)網技術的不斷發(fā)展,越來越多人開始成為網民。微博以其獨特之處迅速受到廣大網民的青睞,成為當下最流行的網絡平臺之一。大學生是使用微博的主要群體,同時也是國家未來的建設者,其通過微博參與政治已經成為一種趨勢。因此,微博與大學生政治參與是一個非常值得研究的課題。本文期望通過研究大學生微博政治參與的現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)其中存在的問題,提出一些可行性建議來引導大學生群體正確使用微博進行政治參與。本文首先論述了課題研究的緣由,總結了國內外關于此課題的研究成果,闡述了研究方法和創(chuàng)新之處,為本課題的研究提供方法論的指導。其次研究了微博問政的內涵及意義,微博問政具有簡捷性、直接性,成本低、效率高,多樣化、豐富性的特點。微博政治參與有微博問政和微博監(jiān)督兩種方式。大學生通過微博進行政治參與是實現(xiàn)其自身政治社會化的重要途徑,是建設和諧校園、促進社會和諧的方式之一本文通過問卷調查,在數據分析的基礎上研究了大學生微博政治參與的現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)大學生微博政治參與存在政治認識模糊、效能感低的特點。微博平臺存在無序現(xiàn)象,自身缺乏監(jiān)管,負面信息泛濫等問題。大學生利用微博來進行政治參與目前還面臨著許多問題,需要從各個方面不斷進行完善,只有這樣才能促使大學生微博政治參與發(fā)揮出應有的正面效果。政府、高校、微博平臺、大學生自身等各個方面都需要改善加強。政府需要加快網絡基礎設施建設,加強互聯(lián)網立法,凈化網絡環(huán)境,政府還需要加速推進電子政務建設,方便公民利用網絡進行政治參與,并全力增進與大學生之間的交流與溝通。高校需要加強和完善微博平臺的建設,加強大學生的思想政治教育,引導大學生正確規(guī)范使用微博。微博平臺作為營運商需要加強自身的監(jiān)管,剔除不良信息。微博門戶網站也應與高校之間加強聯(lián)系,促進高校微博平臺的建設,從而方便大學生使用。大學生需要加強自身學習,對不良信息要有清楚的分辨意識,要遵守政府和學校的各項規(guī)章制度理性使用微博。我們要通過這些有效的措施來發(fā)揮微博積極的作用。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of society and Internet technology, more and more people begin to become netizens. Weibo, with its unique features, has quickly become one of the most popular Internet platforms. At the same time, he is also the builder of the future of the country. It has become a trend to participate in politics through Weibo. Weibo and college students' political participation is a topic worth studying. This paper hopes to find out the existing problems by studying the current situation of college students' political participation. Some feasible suggestions are put forward to guide the college students to use Weibo correctly to participate in politics. Firstly, this paper discusses the cause of the research, summarizes the research results of this subject at home and abroad, and expounds the research methods and innovations. Secondly, it studies the connotation and significance of Weibo's political questioning, which has the characteristics of simplicity, directness, low cost, high efficiency and diversification. The characteristics of richness. Weibo's political participation can be divided into two ways, I. e., the political participation of Weibo and the supervision of Weibo. It is an important way for college students to realize their own political socialization and to build a harmonious campus through the political participation of college students. The government needs to speed up the construction of network infrastructure. To strengthen Internet legislation and purify the network environment, the government also needs to speed up the construction of e-government affairs so as to facilitate citizens' use of the network for political participation. Colleges and universities need to strengthen and improve the construction of Weibo's platform and strengthen ideological and political education for college students. To guide college students to correctly regulate the use of Weibo. Weibo platform as an operator, we need to strengthen their own supervision and eliminate bad information. Weibo portal should also strengthen ties with colleges and universities to promote the construction of a platform in colleges and universities. Thus, it is convenient for college students to use it. College students need to strengthen their own study and have a clear sense of how to distinguish bad information. We should abide by the rules and regulations of the government and the school and use Weibo rationally. We should play a positive role by these effective measures.
