【摘要】：C9聯(lián)盟本質上是大學組織間關系的一種制度安排,一流大學建設理念是聯(lián)盟制度建構的內(nèi)在邏輯�；趯W科為本的一流大學建設理念,九校為實現(xiàn)共同目標而集體行動,建立非正式制度,形成利益共同體并成功影響政府決策。當學科邏輯的非正式制度并未使九校成為世界一流大學時,九校必將對一流大學建設理念進行反思并修正主流思想。非正式制度的失效使C9聯(lián)盟缺乏具有約束力的行為規(guī)則,育人為本的新理念與舊制度的不均衡也要求制度演進以適應新理念,精英的積極參與則推動聯(lián)盟制度的演進。因此,九校設計出體現(xiàn)育人為本理念的聯(lián)盟制度,重新制定相應的制度安排來協(xié)調成員大學的行動。
[Abstract]:The C9 alliance is essentially a kind of institutional arrangement of inter organizational relationship, the concept of constructing the first-class university is the internal logic of alliance system construction. Based on the concept of the discipline construction of first-class university, nine schools to achieve the common goal of collective action, the establishment of the informal system, to form a community of interests and influence government decision-making. When the informal system of discipline the logic does not enable the school to become the nine top universities in the world, nine schools will reflect on the idea of constructing the first-class university and correct the mainstream thought of informal institution to make C9 failure. The lack of binding Union rules, education for the new idea and the old system of the imbalance also requires institutional evolution to adapt to new ideas, actively participate in the elite is pushing evolution alliance system. Therefore, the nine design reflects the concept of educational alliance system, formulates the appropriate institutional arrangements to coordinate The action of a member university.
