【摘要】：酒店業(yè)是旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的一部分,且在人們逐漸提升的經(jīng)濟(jì)水平與生活水平中成為越來越重要的部分,高星級的酒店的數(shù)量也在不斷的增長就可以充分的表明旅游業(yè)中酒店的重要性,因此作為旅游管理專業(yè)的學(xué)生來說,酒店實(shí)習(xí)管理也是較為關(guān)鍵的一種訓(xùn)練,但是實(shí)際上我國的本科生在院校酒店實(shí)習(xí)過程中遇到了諸多的問題,使得效果并沒有達(dá)到理想,下文就針對旅游管理專業(yè)學(xué)生在酒店實(shí)習(xí)如何在高校、酒店、學(xué)生之間進(jìn)行協(xié)調(diào),進(jìn)行相關(guān)的管理研究,希望可以對未來學(xué)生的發(fā)展有更好的幫助。
[Abstract]:The hotel industry is a part of the tourism industry, and has become an increasingly important part of people's rising economic and living standards. The increasing number of high-star hotels can fully demonstrate the importance of hotels in the tourism industry. Therefore, as a student majoring in tourism management, hotel practice management is also a more critical training. However, in fact, the undergraduate students in our country have encountered many problems in the process of hotel practice in colleges and universities, which makes the effect not ideal. The following is about how students majoring in tourism management intern in hotels in universities and hotels. Carry on the coordination among the students, carry on the related management research, hope to have better help to the future student's development.
