【摘要】：隨著我國在校大學生數(shù)量的急劇增長，高校肩負著傳播知識、傳授技能和培養(yǎng)人才的重大使命。而如何做好高校貧困學生資助工作，不僅關(guān)系到我國高等教育的健康、和諧發(fā)展，也關(guān)系每一個貧困家庭的穩(wěn)定。本文通過對大學生勤工助學工作的現(xiàn)狀和存在問題的剖析，有目的、有針對性地提出完善和改進各種勤工助學的辦法、措施和形式，在幫助經(jīng)濟困難學生順利完成學業(yè)的同時，讓每一個大學生在這種環(huán)境下樹立正確的世界觀、人生觀和價值觀，為社會培養(yǎng)全面發(fā)展的高素質(zhì)人才，最大程度的發(fā)揮大學生勤工助學的育人功能，增強高校思想政治教育工作的實效性，構(gòu)建一個和諧、充滿人文主義精神的高等教育環(huán)境，促使大學生在高等教育過程中健康、全面、穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展。本文意在學習、借鑒前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上，，通過理論與實地調(diào)研等方式將大學生勤工助學在高校思想政治教育中的作用做深入的闡述，在思想政治教育的視角下，進一步對大學生勤工助學做進一步的研究和深入的探析。 本文共分為三章：第一章是對大學生勤工助學有關(guān)概念的界定，同時回顧了以往大學生勤工助學的發(fā)展歷程及特點，通過問卷調(diào)查對當前大學生勤工助學的現(xiàn)狀進行了分析。第二章是對大學生勤工助學和思想政治教育的辯證思考。第三章是主要闡述了大學生勤工助學如何能夠更好的推動思想政治教育作用發(fā)揮的主要途徑和機制研究。 本文的研究結(jié)果為：充分完善勤工助學思想政治教育作用發(fā)揮的主要途徑包括有激發(fā)勤工助學的工作熱情、增強社會參與力度、加強勤工助學的管理隊伍建設(shè)、規(guī)范保障制度，完善勤工助學體系建設(shè)，本文以為，大學生勤工助學工作和思想政治教育的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系，一方面勤工助學工作是思想政治教育工作的重要組成部分，另一方面思想政治教育工作是促進勤工助學工作的一種有效手段，其教育作用的主要體現(xiàn)在對大學生的勵志教育、心理健康教育、誠信教育、創(chuàng)業(yè)教育方面、自強自立教育和艱苦奮斗教育方面。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of the number of college students in our country, colleges and universities are shouldering the great mission of spreading knowledge, imparting skills and cultivating talents. How to do a good job of subsidizing poor students in colleges and universities is not only related to the health of higher education in our country. Harmonious development is also related to the stability of every poor family. Through the analysis of the present situation and existing problems of the part-time work and study work of college students, this paper purposefully puts forward the methods, measures and forms of perfecting and improving all kinds of part-time work study. While helping students with financial difficulties to complete their studies smoothly, every university student should set up a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values in such an environment, so as to train high-quality talents with all-round development for the society. To give full play to the education function of college students' part-time work, to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, to construct a harmonious and humanist higher education environment, and to promote college students to be healthy in the process of higher education. The purpose of this paper is to learn from the previous research results, through theoretical and field investigation and other ways to do in-depth elaboration of the role of college students' work-study in ideological and political education in colleges and universities. From the perspective of ideological and political education, this paper makes further research and analysis on the college students 'part-time work study. This paper is divided into three chapters: the first chapter is the definition of the concept of part-time work for college students, and reviews the history and characteristics of the development of part-time work study for college students in the past. The second chapter is dialectical thinking about the college students' part-time work study and ideological and political education. The third chapter mainly expounds how the college students' part-time work study can be carried out. Better promote ideological and political education to play a role in the main ways and mechanisms. The research results of this paper are as follows: the main ways to improve the function of the ideological and political education of part-time work students include stimulating the work enthusiasm of the part-time students, strengthening the social participation, and strengthening the construction of the management team of the part-time working students. Standardizing the security system and perfecting the construction of the part-time work study system, this paper holds that the internal relationship between the work of the part-time work and the ideological and political education of college students is, on the one hand, an important part of the work of ideological and political education. On the other hand, ideological and political education is an effective means to promote the work of part-time work, and its educational function is mainly reflected in the education of motivation, mental health, honesty, and entrepreneurship for college students.
