【摘要】：高等教育大眾化進(jìn)程給高校各方面的管理帶來了一系列的影響,尤其是研究型大學(xué)精英人才的培養(yǎng)模式受到極大的沖擊。文章分析了分眾理念在高校學(xué)生管理實(shí)際工作中的應(yīng)用,探索了大眾化情景下的學(xué)生管理工作新途徑,旨在提升學(xué)生教育管理工作的效率和成效。
[Abstract]:The process of popularization of higher education has brought a series of influences to the management of colleges and universities. In particular, the training mode of elite talents in research universities is greatly impacted. This paper analyzes the application of the concept of focus in the practical work of student management in colleges and universities, and explores a new way of student management under the situation of popularization. The aim is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of student education management.
