生態(tài)文明建設(shè)視域下的大學(xué)生生態(tài)素養(yǎng)提高對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:如今生態(tài)危機(jī)已不再是遙遠(yuǎn)的話題,地球上每個(gè)人都可能面臨生態(tài)問(wèn)題的困擾,例如近幾年我國(guó)多地頻繁發(fā)生的霧霾天氣就嚴(yán)重影響了人們的身心健康與日;顒(dòng)。要實(shí)現(xiàn)人類的全面發(fā)展以及社會(huì)的持續(xù)進(jìn)步,就必須保證人們生活在安全舒適的生存環(huán)境中,而最根本的就是實(shí)現(xiàn)生態(tài)環(huán)境狀態(tài)的良好。因此黨的十八大報(bào)告首次單篇論述生態(tài)文明,首次把“美麗中國(guó)”作為未來(lái)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的宏偉目標(biāo)。把生態(tài)文明建設(shè)擺在總體布局的高度來(lái)論述,表明我們黨對(duì)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義總體布局認(rèn)識(shí)的深化,把生態(tài)文明建設(shè)擺在“五位一體”的高度來(lái)論述,也彰顯出中華民族對(duì)子孫、對(duì)世界負(fù)責(zé)的精神。生態(tài)文明建設(shè)不僅是國(guó)家層面頒布的方針、政策、法律、法規(guī),也不僅是企業(yè)對(duì)于清潔生產(chǎn)的努力,更重要的是每位公民都應(yīng)具備保護(hù)生態(tài)的基本知識(shí)、生態(tài)意識(shí)以及行為。于是“生態(tài)素養(yǎng)”這個(gè)新概念應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。而大學(xué)生是未來(lái)社會(huì)的主人,具備一定的生態(tài)素養(yǎng)則能有益于生態(tài)文明建設(shè),因此本文探究了如何提高大學(xué)生生態(tài)素養(yǎng)。本文一共分為四部分。論文第一部分介紹了研究大學(xué)生生態(tài)素養(yǎng)提高的目的和意義,以及目前國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)此問(wèn)題的研究現(xiàn)狀。第二部分著重闡述了生態(tài)文明建設(shè)和生態(tài)素養(yǎng)的相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論,包括馬克思主義的生態(tài)文明思想理論以及我國(guó)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的背景、內(nèi)涵等,還包括生態(tài)素養(yǎng)的內(nèi)涵、構(gòu)成要素以及相互關(guān)系等。文章第三部分重點(diǎn)分析了大學(xué)生生態(tài)素養(yǎng)存在的問(wèn)題以及原因,問(wèn)題主要從生態(tài)素養(yǎng)的四項(xiàng)構(gòu)成要素來(lái)分析,原因則剖析了學(xué)校教育、社會(huì)環(huán)境以及個(gè)人價(jià)值觀等方面。第四部分探究了提高大學(xué)生生態(tài)素養(yǎng)的對(duì)策,根據(jù)問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的原因從三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行闡述,高等學(xué)校主要負(fù)責(zé)生態(tài)教育的培養(yǎng),社會(huì)方面要營(yíng)造良好的社會(huì)氛圍,而個(gè)體則須將生態(tài)知識(shí)內(nèi)化成價(jià)值理念再外化成行為方式。
[Abstract]:Now the ecological crisis is no longer a distant topic, everyone on the earth may be faced with ecological problems. For example, the frequent occurrence of haze weather in China in recent years has seriously affected people's physical and mental health and daily activities. We must ensure that people live in a safe and comfortable living environment, and the most fundamental thing is to achieve a good ecological environment. Therefore, the report of the 18 National Congress of the Communist Party of China deals with ecological civilization for the first time. For the first time, "beautiful China" is regarded as the grand goal of the construction of ecological civilization in the future. Putting the construction of ecological civilization at the height of the overall layout shows that our party has deepened its understanding of the overall layout of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Putting the construction of ecological civilization at the height of "five in one" also demonstrates the spirit of the Chinese nation being responsible to its descendants and the world. The construction of ecological civilization is not only a policy, policy, law, and regulation promulgated at the national level, It is also not only the enterprise's efforts to clean production, but also that every citizen should have the basic knowledge to protect the ecology. Ecological consciousness and behavior. Therefore, the new concept of "ecological literacy" came into being. College students are the masters of the future society, and having certain ecological literacy can be beneficial to the construction of ecological civilization. Therefore, this paper explores how to improve the ecological literacy of college students. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part of the paper introduces the purpose and significance of the research on the improvement of college students' ecological literacy. The second part focuses on the basic theories of ecological civilization construction and ecological literacy, including Marxist ecological civilization theory and the background of ecological civilization construction in China. The third part of the article focuses on the analysis of the problems and causes of the ecological literacy of college students, which are mainly analyzed from the four elements of ecological literacy. The reasons are analyzed in the aspects of school education, social environment and personal values. Part 4th explores the countermeasures to improve the ecological literacy of college students, and expounds the reasons from three aspects according to the causes of the problems. Institutions of higher learning are mainly responsible for the cultivation of ecological education, and social aspects should create a good social atmosphere, while individuals must internalize ecological knowledge into value concepts and then externalize them into behavior.
