高校教師職業(yè)道德修養(yǎng)存在的問(wèn)題及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:21世紀(jì)的高校教師承擔(dān)著培養(yǎng)全面發(fā)展高素質(zhì)人才的責(zé)任,隨著世界各國(guó)在科技、經(jīng)濟(jì)上的激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng),高校教師更肩負(fù)提高民族素質(zhì)的使命。教育是民族振興的希望,振興教育的希望卻在教師,而高校教師要?jiǎng)偃芜@個(gè)工作,就必須轉(zhuǎn)變觀念,不斷精深科學(xué)知識(shí),提高精湛教學(xué)、科研水平,更需要他們加強(qiáng)自身修養(yǎng),具有良好職業(yè)道德。本文從三部分分析了高校教師職業(yè)道德修養(yǎng)存在的問(wèn)題,并試圖從中找到提高高校教師職業(yè)道德修養(yǎng)的對(duì)策。 第一部分,研究了高校教師職業(yè)道德修養(yǎng)的內(nèi)涵及重要意義。首先,介紹了高校教師職業(yè)道德修養(yǎng)的內(nèi)涵及相關(guān)概念;其次,概括了高校教師職業(yè)道德修養(yǎng)的內(nèi)容;最后揭示了高校教師職業(yè)道德修養(yǎng)的的重要意義。 第二部分,研究了高校教師職業(yè)道德修養(yǎng)存在的問(wèn)題及原因分析。首先,介紹了高校教師職業(yè)道德修養(yǎng)存在的問(wèn)題;然后,分析了高校教師職業(yè)道德修養(yǎng)存在問(wèn)題的原因。 第三部分,研究了加強(qiáng)高校教師職業(yè)道德修養(yǎng)的對(duì)策。首先,介紹了如何強(qiáng)化道德意識(shí),增強(qiáng)職業(yè)道德修養(yǎng)的自覺(jué)性;其次,介紹了建設(shè)重德崇德的評(píng)價(jià)制度,激發(fā)職業(yè)道德修養(yǎng)積極性的方法;最后,提出了繼承和創(chuàng)新高校教師職業(yè)道德修養(yǎng)的途徑和方法。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, college teachers assumed the responsibility of developing high-quality talents in an all-round way. With the fierce competition in science and technology and economy in the world, college teachers shoulder the mission of improving the national quality. Education is the hope of national rejuvenation. But the hope of revitalizing education lies in teachers. If college teachers want to be competent in this work, they must change their concepts, continuously deepen their scientific knowledge, improve their consummate teaching and scientific research level, and even more need them to strengthen their self-cultivation. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the professional ethics cultivation of university teachers from three parts, and tries to find out the countermeasures to improve the professional ethics cultivation of university teachers. In the first part, the connotation and significance of college teachers' professional ethics cultivation are studied. Firstly, the connotation and related concepts of college teachers' professional ethics cultivation are introduced; secondly, the contents of college teachers' professional ethics cultivation are summarized. Finally, it reveals the important significance of college teachers'professional ethics. In the second part, the author studies the problems and causes of college teachers' professional ethics cultivation. Firstly, it introduces the problems of university teachers' professional ethics cultivation; then, it analyzes the causes of the problems of university teachers' professional ethics cultivation. In the third part, the author studies the countermeasures to strengthen the professional ethics cultivation of university teachers. Firstly, it introduces how to strengthen moral consciousness and enhance the consciousness of professional ethics cultivation. Finally, it puts forward the ways and methods of inheriting and innovating the professional ethics cultivation of college teachers.
