【摘要】：就業(yè)是民生之本,高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)是我國就業(yè)問題中的核心問題。本文從闡述高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)對接企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),剖析了勞動力市場需求矛盾的根源,分析了影響高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)對接企業(yè)的因素,指出應正視高校與企業(yè)聯(lián)合辦學中的弊端所在,構建高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)與企業(yè)人才需求對接機制,以促進社會需求和就業(yè)良性互動,提升人才素質,形成產(chǎn)業(yè)技術創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟,實現(xiàn)高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)和企業(yè)人才需求良好對接。
[Abstract]:Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood, and the employment of college graduates is the core problem of employment in our country. This paper analyzes on the factors influencing the employment of college graduates, points out that it is necessary to face squarely the drawbacks in the joint running of schools between universities and enterprises, and to construct the mechanism of matching the employment of college graduates with the demands of talents of enterprises, so as to promote the positive interaction between social demands and employment. To improve the quality of talents, form industrial and technological innovation alliance, to achieve the employment of college graduates and enterprise talent needs a good docking.
