高?蒲袌F(tuán)隊(duì)凝聚力影響因素研究

【摘要】:目前,高校科研團(tuán)隊(duì)在我國高校人才培養(yǎng)和科學(xué)研究過程中扮演著重要角色,是高校教學(xué)工作和科研工作順利進(jìn)行的重要載體,而高?蒲袌F(tuán)隊(duì)的凝聚力是其競爭力和創(chuàng)造力的基礎(chǔ),提高高?蒲袌F(tuán)隊(duì)競爭力和創(chuàng)造力必須先提高高校科研團(tuán)隊(duì)的凝聚力。但目前對高校科研團(tuán)隊(duì)凝聚力相關(guān)理論的研究還比較匱乏,尚處于探索階段。 本文以知識型員工管理理論、團(tuán)體動(dòng)力學(xué)理論、組織行為學(xué)理論作為理論基礎(chǔ),通過文獻(xiàn)研究總結(jié)優(yōu)秀高校科研團(tuán)隊(duì)特點(diǎn)和高?蒲袌F(tuán)隊(duì)凝聚力影響因素列表;結(jié)合訪談?wù){(diào)研結(jié)果完善因素列表并據(jù)此設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)施問卷調(diào)查;通過對調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)的整理分析受訪高校科研團(tuán)隊(duì)的基本構(gòu)成情況、凝聚力水平及影響因素實(shí)際狀況;并使用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析法對各影響因素與凝聚力的相關(guān)度進(jìn)行排序從而區(qū)分主次影響因素;诶碚撗芯炕A(chǔ),結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研結(jié)果和實(shí)證數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果,提出提升高?蒲袌F(tuán)隊(duì)凝聚力的六項(xiàng)主要策略和若干輔助策略。本研究的研究結(jié)果在高?蒲袌F(tuán)隊(duì)人力資源管理方面具有一定理論意義,,對高校科研團(tuán)隊(duì)的建設(shè)和高效運(yùn)行也具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:At present, the scientific research team of colleges and universities plays an important role in the process of talent training and scientific research in colleges and universities in China, and is an important carrier for the smooth implementation of teaching and scientific research work in colleges and universities. The cohesion of scientific research teams in colleges and universities is the basis of their competitiveness and creativity. To improve the competitiveness and creativity of scientific research teams in colleges and universities, we must first improve the cohesion of scientific research teams in colleges and universities, but at present, the research on the theory of cohesion of scientific research teams in colleges and universities is still relatively scarce and is still in the exploratory stage. Based on the knowledge employee management theory, group dynamics theory and organizational behavior theory, this paper summarizes the characteristics of excellent university scientific research team and the list of factors influencing the cohesion of university scientific research team through literature research. Based on the results of the interview, the author designs and implements a questionnaire survey, analyzes the basic composition of the scientific research team, the level of cohesion and the actual situation of the influencing factors through the collation of the survey data. Grey relational analysis method is used to sort the correlation between the factors and cohesion, so as to distinguish the primary and secondary factors. Based on the theoretical research basis, combined with the results of literature research and empirical data analysis, Six main strategies and several auxiliary strategies to enhance the cohesion of scientific research team in colleges and universities are put forward. The results of this study have certain theoretical significance in human resource management of scientific research team in colleges and universities. It is also of practical significance to the construction and efficient operation of scientific research team in colleges and universities.
