【摘要】：恢復高考以來,普通高校招生考試一直是社會關注的焦點,完善和改進普通高校招生考試機制也一直是社會各界特別是專家討論的熱點問題。通過對近年來專家學者關于普通高校招生考試機制研究成果的歸納分析,我們可以看到當前我國普通高校招生考試的管理機制主要存在下列問題：(1)資質審查機制不健全：(2)協(xié)同機制缺失;(3)資金保障機制有待強化：(4)監(jiān)督機制有待完善；(5)人才保障機制亟待加強等。這些問題對于普通高校招生考試的實施效果產生了一些不良影響,越來越難以適應社會發(fā)展對人才選拔的需要,進一步完善我國普通高校招生考試的管理機制顯得越來越緊迫。本文擬從分析我國普通高校招生考試的管理機制發(fā)展現狀入手,通過對現行管理機制中主體與客體間相互關系及其影響的剖析,找出現行考試管理機制中存在的問題及其成因,進而提出相應完善我國普通高校招生考試的管理機制的建議。
[Abstract]:Since the resumption of the college entrance examination, the enrollment examination in ordinary colleges and universities has always been the focus of attention of the society. Perfecting and improving the examination mechanism of enrollment in colleges and universities has also been a hot issue discussed by all walks of life, especially by experts. Through the summary and analysis of the research results of experts and scholars on the mechanism of enrollment examination in colleges and universities in recent years, We can see that the current management mechanism of college entrance examination in our country mainly has the following problems: 1) the qualification examination mechanism is not perfect; (2) the coordination mechanism is missing; (3) the fund guarantee mechanism needs to be strengthened; the supervision mechanism needs to be strengthened; the supervision mechanism needs to be improved; These problems have had some negative effects on the implementation of the entrance examination in colleges and universities. It is becoming more and more difficult to meet the needs of talent selection in the social development, and it is becoming more and more urgent to further improve the management mechanism of the enrollment examination in colleges and universities in China. This paper intends to start with the analysis of the present situation of the management mechanism of the enrollment examination in colleges and universities in China. Based on the analysis of the relationship between subject and object in the current management mechanism, this paper finds out the existing problems and their causes in the current examination management mechanism, and then puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the management mechanism of enrollment examination in colleges and universities in China.
